Bagels for You — Restaurant in New York

I had a doctor's appointment for my 11 month old, i went in to get breakfast for my self and my 3 year old. With only 2 customers being taking care of and 4 servers, 3 attending customers and 1 handling cooking, i waited 5 minutes to be asked what i wanted. Mind you the 2 people a head of me already ordered and were just waiting for there order. All 3 workers ignored me. After both people ahead of me left the 3 men still ignored me until one finally looked at me, didnt even ask how i can be helped. Still i gave them a chance, i ordered a bagel cream cheese and and roll with egg and cheese. Just when i wanted coffee the person attending to me flys away. So i ask the guy with the du rag (who was doing nothing just standing) there if he can make me coffee (this is why i love self service places), he ignores me so i asked a 2nd time he IGNORES me again...now i feel offended and hurt.

I mean i am paying for what i purchase, dont be rude. That was disrespectful, ..finally he comes around again and i ask for coffee and he with the worst attitude makes me coffee, then askes me to pay 2 dollars. I told him the rest of my order so i can pay together and he looks at and says "ok then, so he has to do it" (im assuming he is indicating i was already being helped by one of the server so he has to finish..but the other guy was helping 2 other people).

The food was ok, over priced for a corner deli with disrespecting employees.

People if you are paying extra for food just because they appear clean at least make sure your getting bang for your buck...make sure you gey excellent customer service..no sence in paying extra for the same food else where and being offended.

A smile goes a long way..never going back and definitely...

Imagine living less than 5 minutes from this bagel spot and having to wait more than an hour for your food. I placed an order via Door Dash and choose delivery because I was working from home and couldn't step out to pick up my order. The delivery person got there and the order had not been prepared, so I got my order 1hr 30 minute later. The next day I decided to order and do pick up. The order would be ready in 30 minutes. So, prior to leaving I confirmed with door dash that I was heading over to pick up the order. 40 minutes later I got there, stood at the counter for Door Dash pick up, gave my name 4 times, but nobody seem to know what I was talking about. I kept waiting while they took other customers that were behind me. Finally my fiancè asked again, then one of the workers reached underneath the counter and found a paper with my door dash order. Nobody had gotten to it. I had door dash cancel the order. I will never order from here again. Customer service was extremely poor and the fact that online orders are ignored is horrible since many customers are trying their best to avoid too much contact during the...

I placed a to go order here this morning and the person at the counter got it entirely wrong, after having me repeat 4x what I wanted- 2x toasted everything bagels with scallion lox cream cheese. We got 2 untoasted everything bagels with lox cream cheese.

I called when we noticed the problem, about 20 minutes later, at home, and the "manager" (who I'm pretty sure was the same guy, although he knsisited he wasn't there 20 minutes Ago) just kept saying "yes" and refused to tell me if they would replace the bagels if I brought them in, and that I'd have the take a 20 minute drive back over there just to "have a conversation"- dude, do you think this is the United Nations? Is there something you're trying tk negotiate? You got an order wrong, you make it right. I'm just trying to eat breakfast.

So I called my credit card company, they told me to call back on Monday when the charges post and they'd be happy to help me dispute them.

They also stuff all the cream cheese to the side they put on top, it's honestly pathetic to see a bagel place in Forest Hills do something like this. They deserve to go out...
