Have you ever had an absolute favorite pair of pants and needed to find them again? Well, if they happen to be Eileen Fisher pants (as mine were), then sales associate Anne at Eileen Fisher Brooklyn store is a definite go-to. Anne was extremely helpful, professional, grounded, proactive, thorough, knowledgable, authentic and thoughtful listener-- an outstanding person and presence to represent this brand and goals of sustainability! I feel lucky to have had her input and help-- she went above and beyond my expectations.

I brought a pair of my favorite Eileen Fisher pants (circa 2015-2016) that I had accidentally shrunk-- she was able to assess the pant fabric, design, and style type and tell me exactly about them and explain how it differed from recent pants styles and fabrics of the more recent seasons (design institutional history!). Anne also let me know similar styles that might work and helped me with figuring out the sizing with the newer Lantern pant. She asked thoughtful questions about what I wanted in terms of style, fit, and function. And, in line with sustainability, she even proactively took the time to show me what search terms I might be able to use online to identify how to find those exact 2015-2016 pants-- should I to want to find them through preowned markets (I had asked her for recommendations on this)-- and she found them! This really meant a lot to me as I have a sentimental attachment to this style.

I did walk away getting a replacement pant from this season (lantern pant). What a personalized, unique, and meaningful experience (and I especially appreciated how Anne's approach is a non-salesy and authentic - thank you). I rarely shop in person, but this definitely made me feel a renewed faith in the experience.

I went to a thrift shop and found these amazing pants and now the are slowly getting warned out. I started to panick because I'm like oh no 🤦🏿‍♀️ where will I find these amazing pants again so like a genius I checked the tag (months later lol) and now I can buy my favorite pants again lol 🥳 🎉 💃🏿 I have found you Eileen Fisher lol ❤️ I'm so happy.
