I've ordered from here many times before (scroll down on seamless, you'll see my other positive reviews) I think the management is different than it used to be. But whoever runs this place now clearly doesn't have the customer's satisfaction in mind.
Ordered on seamless, then get a call from them saying they don't have what we ordered, and asked what we would like in its place. That's fine, we waited longer than usual, but when it finally came, they were completely different sandwiches than we ordered. Called them and asked what happened, they said they have a different menu in their kitchen than seamless says, that's why it was the wrong kind of sandwich.
Unreal.
Then they said something that made me do a double take. When I asked how to remedy the situation, they said they'll bring the sandwiches but that we would have to give back the ones we had.
For what??
When they finally delivered it, the guy insisted we had to pay for the new sandwiches if we wouldn't return the first ones. Makes no sense. We are owed what we ordered in the first place. You would think that a business would be more concerned with making sure the customer was happy. Instead, we felt the whole time that WE were being an inconvenience to THEM. Our satisfaction was never once a priority. This is a warning to everyone, this is the worst customer care you could get.

Clerk told me that the guy who makes sandwiches isn’t there. This is 2 o’clock in the afternoon. I asked if the “chef” would be back soon and he told me he had no idea. I asked him if he’d be able to make my sandwich and he replied, with a straight face, I work the register…someone else makes the food. I understand having to wait for a customer or if there's an emergency, but this man is always on the phone and will ignore you for several minutes.
