I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PHARMACY AS A UPS ACCESS POINT TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGES FOR OVER 1YEAR AND 9 MTHS NOW AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN ME A ATTITUDE WHENEVER I WOULD GO THERE TO PICK MY PACKAGES UP. I WOULD JUST BRUSH IT OFF AS I WORK WITH THE PUBLIC AND I TRY TO UNDERSTAND FROM THEIR SIDE WHAT THEIR DAY MIGHT BE LIKE ... BUT I WENT TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE TODAY 9.5.17 AND THEY CLAIMED SOMEONE FROM THEIR STORE SIGNED AND RECEIVED SAID PACKAGE BUT IT WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND IN THE STORE. I GUESS THEY HAVE ACCOMPLISHED WHAT THEY DESIRED WHICH IS FOR ME TO STOP RECEIVING PACKAGES THERE... NO MANAGER OR REPRESENTATIVE TRIED TO ASSIST ME IN RECTIFYING THE MATTER WITH EITHER ACKNOWLEDGING THEIR PART IN THE MESS UP NOR TRIED TO ASSIST ME IN LOCATING MY PACKAGE. The female employee on duty instructed me to simply leave the packages on a cupboard or in a corner on the floor, as she has done on previous occasions. She did not scan the items, which unfortunately resulted in me not receiving a return receipt for one of the packages, and I now fear that item is lost.
This contrasts sharply with the male employees, who have always been helpful and willing to scan my packages when requested. I find the female employee's lack of diligence concerning and believe her unwillingness to complete the required scanning procedure contributed directly to this problem. She was checking her phone while I was standing next to her waiting to get noticed finally. I said hello. No answer just staring at her phone. After a while I say hello again, a little louder. She said something that I didn't understand, but I am assuming that it wasn't a blessing.
