Today, I had different female staff who did message. Normally I would not write negative review . The woman who gave me message couldn’t speak English well. It’s not main problem but her attitude is. She was not clear what she said and she got mad for not following her words. The worst part is she cursed m in Chinese while I was getting head message from her. I wanted to report to the manager right away but the front desk did not give me the contact. Rest of the staffs are nice though. Again , the people who are in charge should train the staffs properly how to be kinder to people who come here to get better. This is a legit and professional establishment for physical therapy, acupuncture, and herbal medicine. This place was recommended by a relative who has been going there for several years. My parents are now going there on a regular basis for their body aches and had great results. There are different staff for different purposes; they are all very professional. They explain the process thoroughly and also give us suggestions for health purposes. I do not need physical therapy, but I do go there for herbal medicine. Every time we come here, we’re treated exceptionally well. The staff is courteous and polite, they take a personal approach to the care. I tried acupuncture for the first time on my first visit and a very relaxing heat, massage and stimulation therapy on my second visit.

My mother, my mother In law, my husband all had acupuncture and cupping done in addition and they each experienced relief from some chronic pains.

They are incredibly family friendly, I brought my toddler the first time and they even asked about him the second visit and were over joyed to see pictures of my newborn later.
