I almost liked this establishment till I found out they put money before customer service. Teresa the owner did my “tips” very square & sloppy. Although, I didn’t want tips she insisted because my “nails are short” so I went along. I came back the next day to have them removed & to receive gel manicure. She acted as if she understood the assignment and would charge me 18$ for the gel manicure instead of 28$ since I was just there the day before but, when I came time to pay she charged me the full 34$. Gel manicure 28$ &+ 6$ soak off fee. I paid my dues with no problems. Even tipped my tech but, I will no longer spend money there. When they first opened they cared now they do not. Teresa has gotten extremely lazy & customer service has fell off completely. I hope this info is helpful. I am not the first to be denied this type of service. I like them but I did not like my most recent experience at all and wish I had spoken up. I went there today to get a full set with a design. The woman I typically go to did not do my nails. I got a REGULAR gel pedicure which is supposed to be $37 which was nothing special and will never do a pedicure when I go there again honestly.

I went for a gel pedicure and a manicure with gel polish altogether plus the shaping of my nail was $77. The lady that did my feet did a wonderful job. I had an ingrown nail she did take it out, it did hurt but it was not her fault. Then the first lady who is not the lady that was supposed to start my nails, she glued a nail to my thumb and ripped off the extension nail while taking a piece of my actual nail with it.
