I have been getting my nails done and pedi for many many years. I preferred Jeanette out of all. Lately I have been feeling certain way about the staff. Ex. Here I am at 5:30 walked In for a mani and a pedi. The girl in charge tells me you might get a pedi but we def can’t do the mani. I asked why? she said there’s four ppl for pedi. I looked around I see two customer waiting. I asked the girl why i can’t get the mani done if it only takes about 10/15 min? She said you have gel on your fingers. Which normally take my reg girl 5 min to removed. One of the two customers leaves. I asked her so now what? I can get the mani done. She says yes. Long story short is the second time I come here and they don’t want to take customer because they want to run home. Before last I called they told me be here by 6 if you are not here by six we can’t take you. I made it on time to see that the boss was here still taking customer at 7 pm. The staff can be a little ignorant about their comments about the clientele. I consider unprofessional. Oh by the way three more customers just walked in at 6 pm staff didn’t say anything about what they are and not getting done. ...

I've recommended many people to Million Nails over the years. But like many other businesses post pandemic they've fell apart. Rude, condescending, talkative group of women have replaced key players & loved techs like Mercedes, Louisa & many others.
The manager is moody, and some timey making it a challenge for clients who look to her for help getting a technician. She makes little to no effort to make sure our nail needs get met. A New women cut my toenail cuticles down to the white meat (evil reckless behavior) and another one used a drill like machine to remove gel color off my natural finger nails.
My nails hv been splitting and breaking off deep into the nail bed ever since. She looked up at me like she knew her lazy behind was not supposed to use that machine on my natural finger nails. I hate how awful this staple business has become. I really hope the Asian man, the true owner who is a very pleasant guy, can do something about this decline in service at his place of business.
Today I start my search for a new nail tech after 20 years or more of...

Pedicure services are better than nail services. The cleanliness of the salon (they use paper towels instead of towels), speed, wait time are not on their list of priorities. The price point is quite expensive for the work they do and the shabby building. I have given them a solid six months but I can’t do it anymore. I have had to wait almost two hours for service which is Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time. I’m from the south and I’m used to quality service no matter where I go. Do better...
