Evergreen Physical Therapy — Local services in New York

HORRIBLE. Called to ask for exact location of the place and a passive aggressive person was not very helpful.she repeated that the location is 708 177TH STREET I than asked again what avenue is that on and she sarcastically repeated "the address is 708 and 177th st" I THAN SAID MADAME I NEED TO KNOW WHAT AVENUE ITS CLOSE TO.She answered, " ok that's clear -its between b'way and ft Washington. I GET TO THE PLACE AND WAS TOLD THAT I DO NOT HAVE AN APPT. AND, THAT THEY NEVER TAKE APPT'S AND THAT IF I DECIDE TO STAY I HAVE 10 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME .AND , THE WAIT WOULD BE 21/2 HRS. I WAS SO TAKEN BACK BY THEIR RESPONSE . HOW COULD THEY BE SO INEPT. _i called & confirmed appt _verified exact address _they verified the exact time YET IM BEING TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT 2 1/2 HOURS TO BE SEEN AND I DO NOT APPEAR ON THE LIST OF APPT'S. Hey everyone this place is amazing!! great place to ge your physical therapy I been coming here for a while at first I had so much pain that I couldn’t sleep after a few therapy sessions I felt I was getting better and better I really recommend this place All the therapist do a great Job and want the patient to get better they really get to know you. I usually get my physical therapy with Don he is the best for me but they All do an excellent job at what they do. Love this place 🥰❤️and the Girls on the office are great and respectful they are great...

I’ve been to so many physical therapy locations in the past and one thing I like about this place even though it’s a bit small that the therapists give you a massage on your effects area. The wait time might be a bit long but it’s because they take their time with each patient and they tried very hard to heal them. It’s worth the wait time. While you’re waiting they always make sure that there is donuts, coffee, water, and Wifi. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The place is very clean...
