Hello lady’s hope this review helps you all when choosing this place for fillers, I purchase a Groupon for 20 units of Botox from this place, making an appointment was easy all on line , I received many reminders of the appt and they are very accommodating if your running late, my appt 2/10/22 @4:30pm upon arriving the front desk ladies were not very friendly the look on their faces when I walked in was priceless let’s just say am of African decent maybe their not use to that , they asked me if I had an appointment , they ask me for my ID hand it to them in their hand but when given it back to me they placed it on the counter my worst pet peeve, I think it’s rude to do that .i proceeded to tell them I had a Groupon coupon they asked to see it , then I was give a tablet to fill out my information not a min after I sat down I was called to the back I felt rushed or if they wanted me out of there asap. They spoke only Russian infront of me which is not a good sign specially when you have non speaking clients infront of you but to each it’s own . Once in the back the nurse Ella asked me to frown so she can see where to inject because they usually Inject 40 units I went along with her conversation but I particularly didn’t care to know that , She didn’t make feel welcome she told I’ll make the 20 units work since I don’t have that much wrinkles this was just a touch up for me , once done I had to ask her for ice for my face because as you know after the procedure your left with small mosquito like spots on the area . I walked out the room and was told at the front your all done and I left . Overall exp, i would not recommend any one of my friends here they failed to make me feel welcome and when the procedure was done I was not given time to sit a bit just ensure after the procedure I was okay. I can also tell they are not comfortable servicing non whites...

Do not go to this place..go to an experience doctor..cheap fillers will cost you your looks thus your self-selfsteem.

I had a terrible experience with Marina; she lacks ethics and is unprofessional. She docent talk when clients walk in and kept looking at the watch while injecting my face as she is in a rush. This person ruined my looks; she injected me in places that I didn't ask to be injected and injected big amounts of fillers in small areas that didn't need work. Needless to say that I end up with a visible puffy face and uneven..the filler could be seen as it was bumpy, lumpy, and terrible.

Please note that they don’t open the product in front of you and is Jared to tell what it is that they are injecting you. She lacks professionalism and ethics: she injected me in places that I didn’t ask and did a horrible job.

This is the worst job that I have had in 15 years. They don’t take responsibility for they wrong doing Ana lack empathy.

Having fillers with such a person is the reason why women have an unnatural/uneven/strange look. Don’t ruin your looks..I should have gotten the hint when I saw people waiting with bizarre looking faces.

Pay a little extra and go to a professional and properly...

Olga, who administered my Botox injections, was outstanding. Not only was she incredibly nice and reassuring, but her skill in delivering virtually pain-free injections was remarkable. It’s rare to find such a gentle yet effective approach.

The receptionist deserves a special mention for their warm and friendly demeanor. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of the spa.

I was also very pleased with the punctuality of the service. There was no wait time, and my appointment started right on time, which is a testament to their respect for clients’ schedules.

While I’m still waiting to see the full results in a couple of weeks, the initial experience has been nothing short of fantastic. I’m very optimistic about the outcome and would highly recommend Face Med Spa to anyone considering aesthetic treatments.
