Highly advise to NOT go to this place. First they won’t listen or do what I’m asking them to do specifically. For example, I asked for my hair extension track to be sewn in slightly lower so the length would be longer but the woman said “no it’s fine here” and put it higher up. I got home and found that she had missed sewing half of one of the wefts of hair and it was dangling in my hair and not sewn in at all. I went back to get it fixed and she refused to remove the row of hair to put it in correctly and instead just twisted what should’ve been a weft sewn in the bottom layer to the top and just stitched it in - making a mess of it all. It's always an issue. I got a simple sew in and the woman(Diallo's sister) says she knew how, but she cut tracks without asking, left huge gaps of braids uncovered. IT GETS WORST....she pricked her hand with the sewing needle and lied that it occurred and got upset when I asked her to change the needle. She couldn't understand why I wanted a new needle.

Diallo assigns amateur people to do "work" and gets upset when you complain. I used to refer friends or family to her for years and that is over. When I went back to get it fixed, Diallo was rude and dismissive. I'm done. Also got braids one time and the woman kept braiding tight when I asked her to stop gripping so hard. horrible HORRIBLE experience and I dont even usually take my time to do this but I had time today!!! Aicha is rude as hell. Had me sitting there for 35 minutes while she ate a BLT and played games on her phone!
