I ordered this 12/27 and couldn’t get in contact with anyone until 1/5. I emailed twice and finally had to call. They couldn’t find my order so I was told to text someone with proof of purchase. When I finally for the order, the mango butter was sparse and the Shea butter appears to be frozen and slightly discolored(?). I would put 0 stars but needed one to write a review. I ordered their shea butter off Amazon and it was moldy and.i was unaware until I reached the middle. You wouldn't believe the damage it did to my 2 year old. I hope this place gets shut down as it's I am not the only one who has received faulty shea butter with mold and pellets in it. Shame on y'all. You could kill someone....

I bought some of the African black soap and shea butter when they had they table up at the BAM African Festival on memorial day and so far my skin look and feel better. I have acne and many blemishes over my face andre legs but the soap and butter make it look better. Also my bf got the mango oil and he loves it. I'll definitely be making a trip to Harlem soon...
