On Monday July 14 @ 5:20 pm, we were waiting to make several purchases. There was a customer ahead of us taking a long time in trying to return some purchases where there was an apparent issue. Once the manager on duty had come to assist and was finished with assisting. I asked him to open another register since we were waiting for about 1/2 hour to make these purchases. Hi crossly responded stating, “ you haven’t been waiting here a 1/2 hour” and I can’t leave the front of my store to open a register”. There is a cashier here and she will help you when she’s done. He was quite disrespectful. I was at the point of leaving instead of purchasing anything at all. I certainly will not visit the Kings Plaza...

My stars all go out to Jamaree. He was very attentive, kid friendly and helped us from beginning to end. I came into the store with my son and daughter, but I wanted to confirm their shoe sizes as they been growing very fast. He measured both my daughter and sons feet without any issues; which placed smiles on everyone’s face. We left champs with 3 pairs of kicks thanks to Jamaree’s help. Visited a week before school opened (so it was a mad house) I can not remember the associate's name, but he has big curly hair. He was EXTREMELY helpful without the annoyance that you sometimes receive from employees when you ask them for a different item, another size and so forth and so forth. I was able to find what I needed and made sure to tell the manager about the exceptional service I received...
