You should never shop/ship/print here if you can avoid it. Real person reporting in. This FedEx sucks from the back to the tip. I spent an hour inside (7/31/19 3:15pm-4:15pm) a relatively unbusy store, trying to get two sheets of paper printed. I had the misfortune of only bringing my Cash Card with me (which the Self Service machine no longer accepts, despite it being a Visa Debit with a PIN) and because of this I had to deal with the awful, terrible, no good, down right disrespectful customer service. The first lady attempted to assist me, and then disappeared for twenty five minutes with no word to me or any of her coworkers. When I finally got sick of waiting for no reason, another woman addressed me and was extremely rude and very condescending. She had such a nasty and impatient attitude, like I am not the paying customer who had just spent 50 minutes waiting for two sheets of 8.5"x11" paper to come out of a printer. After proceeding to talk in circles about what I wanted to do with the image, how I wanted it printed and the like, the second lady presented me with two sheets that were completely and totally incorrect, and I know she knew because her immediate response was that if I wanted an image resize, it would run me $7.50, which is just absolutely appalling and offensive. She chose to catch more attitude and I gave it right back to her. This employee did not even have the courage to rectify the situation with me herself and instead continued to try to pawn off responsibility to the first employee who had tried to help me but hadn't actually even done a single thing. After she disappeared into the back, the first employee brought me the sheets, reinforced to me that a resize would cost $7.50 (GIMP is free online, by the way) and then told me I could take the sheets for free. I offered to pay anyway but she quickly insisted and hurried me a clearly disingenuous "Have a nice day". This was hands down the single worst customer service experience I have ever had. I really wish Google would allow us to put 0 stars on reviews so other consumers can avoid this store at all accounts. You should never shop/ship/print here if you can avoid. And you should do everything you can avoid it.

I visited the FedEx store on Court Street and I must say the reps were super nice and printed out my book, Signs Resource Book. I'm an author, ESL teacher, and business owner to my own tutoring company. I always come to this location to print out my books before I publish them via Amazon. I was quite pleased with the results and appreciate the great customer service. I left both reps a good review and plan to give them a copy of my now published book as a thank you for their service. 😊

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS FEDEX location, I spent nearly an hour in this location today and have literally NOTHING to show for it. After visiting this branch lastnight to print a document, I was told by one of the employees that I will need to make an order to get my document printed due to my specifications. I proceeded to make the order, following the instructions I was given and asking a few questions for clarifications to ensure that my order was done to the employee's satisfaction. I was then told that I should swing by at 10am tomorrow morning to collect my package. I further explained that my document is very time sensitive, as I will be presenting it in the morning. So I kindly asked that it be ready by 10am as stated. The receptionist chuckled and assured me that I have nothing to worry about as she'll be printing my document. Fast forward to this morning and I show up at 10:10am to collect my document in route to my meeting. However my document is NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. I told the New receptionist that I made an order last night and that I have the email confirmation here to show that it was received. The receptionist replies "That's just an automated response that means nothing. There's no document for you in our system". I reiterated that I did in fact follow The specifications given to last night when making my order, so I am very confused as to why it is not there. The receptionist then proceeds to tell me "Sorry there's nothing I can do for you." I explained that I made the order as I needed to present the documents today and I explained to the receptionist last night that it was extremely time sensitive. Instead of trying to correct their error The receptionist replies "Well you can do it yourself on the Self Service machine". (The literaly just chit chatting with two other employees, I'm in no way interrupting her from any serious work from what can be seen). I further explained that one of the reasons I was told to make the order was because my pages needed to 8×10 as oppose to the regular 8.5×11 so I would have to meticulously cut all of the pages into the correct size. Hence I'm afraid that I won't have enough time now to physically do that and make it to my meeting on time. "Well you can try!". Seeing that she couldn't be bothered I go and attempt to try to print as many pages as possible. However I'm having problems the machine with it opening my file. After trying for several minutes my document isn't opening and the machine literally sends the message " Unable to open file please contact an employee for help". So I relay this message to the receptionists who without even missing a beat/moving from her throne said "Well your document is not going to open. So I guess you won't be able to print. Btw my document was in (WORD DOCUMENT format and there were also another two customers in this outlet who were having equally horrible experiences with other members of this staff). At this point I realize that it was a lost cause and I was going to show up empty handed. So I left this store after about 45 minutes with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO...

This is the worst FedEx I have ever been to in my life. Avoid this place at all costs. I used them from the 90s until 2019, before the pandemic, and no matter who was in charge of the place, the service was terrible. Copy machines constantly malfunctioned, as did the card dispenser machines. They screwed up on several of my shipments, and on at least one occasion, billed me for shipments I never made. In 2019, I came in to make a shipment, for the first time in several years. The manager refused to allow me to use my account, claiming that "my credit card was denied". I had had paper billing on my account for 30 years, meaning they would send me an invoice after shipping and I would pay by check. I had had ID theft the year before, and Chase had given me a new credit card. That should not have been cause for them to deny me use of my account. All they needed to do was to enter a new credit card number. Instead, I was kept there for an hour and a half by this employee, and asked to fill out various forms, then given a new account #. It turns out that this employee switched my account to be billed to my credit card, so that I no longer get paper statements. I have complained to the NYS Attorney General's office, which is looking into the situation. Whatever it was that this employee did, he completely altered how my billing was set up. I will never use this store again. Just going in there to buy printer paper is a major production. The store can be close to empty and it will still take 5 minutes before an employee behind the counter steps forward and rings me up. They are rude and...
