Mobile Health — Local services in New York

Normally a really good professional place of business.... Besides for that recently their prices went up sky freaking I know part of the business everything is going up.... My concern is the need to reschedule an appointment on a Saturday which yes the Saturday service is a big surprise to me I repeatedly questioned that and I was reassured that yes we are scheduling Saturday appointments now...

So I was given a Saturday appointment 4 day's before and way in the very early Am hour's on Sat something comes up so I will not be able to get out of work to make it to my appointment so naturally I am trying to call to reschedule my appointment 1 or 2 hour's a head.... I call the main line it is a repeating message about ""nothing but CD.PAC Service"" No call.or dial this or that if you would like to reschedule an appointment.. So I go to the online option even more frustrating it seems you are given a chance to communicate but it seems A i there is no to say what concerns you have you're options is to pick from whatever is already typed out.... You have no way of explaining what issues or concerns you are having Please fix you're online and the call service with that new extremely expensive prices we are being charged please step you're game up... JUST NEEDS TO...

I'm sitting here waiting for the nurse. I had to ask how many nurses do you have working here??? It seems like only one nurse. Coming to find out, as the time goes by its 3. It look like they take a client, then go to sleep. Come out after a half and hour to forty five minute break to call the next client. The nurses have to do better and I know im not the only one complaining. The nurse in room 3 look like she sleeping. The nurse in room 4 look like she was eating. The nurse in room 1 she also look like she was just relaxing on people's time. Come on they need to be supervised!! Other than the long wait for a nurse. The elderly nurse attended to me well the first time I came. But coming back the second time I regretted taking that decision to use the health center, I am a peaceful person and don't like trouble,the second nurse was rude , nonchalant,she already filled up a syringe with what I don't know before calling me to the room to take my vaccine which is unprofessional, who knows what she injected me with? I don't want to remember,I had to ask her is that the vaccine in the syringe,she bluntly answered yes. I think I would have been happy now if I rejected it, because she was supposed to draw the vaccine in a syringe in my presence , then maybe educate me of possible reaction. I pray I forget my experience because it was not...
