I’ve been going here for at least the last 10 years and I will never trust anyone with my hair except for Daisy and her staff. She is very knowledgeable of styles, coloring and cuts depending on face shape and skin tone and style you want to accomplish. I naturally have very dark hair and decided I wanted to go blonde. Instead of making the huge jump she suggested to lighten the base overall and throw in blonde highlights and it was more than perfect! THE WORST HAIR SALON IN BROOKLYN MAYBE EVEN NEW YORK!!!!!!!!! I wish I could put zero stars. NO joke please save yourself don’t go here . I asked them to curl my hair a certain way and I showed pictures and he agreed to it and then did whatever he felt like . After I asked him to fix something I didn’t like he refused !!!! A week ago I had a haircut and balayage with Daisy (left pic). I loved the color, dark base color with natural beige highlights. Then, she suggested to do keratin treatment in a week. So, today was my second appointment. I was in shock when my nice cool beige blond became orange, as well as my strong waves lost its volume completely.
