Hi, I wanted to make a comment about your store. So I love shopping at your store. I always go there and I always get treated kind by the people that you have working at your store. But for some reason today someone at your store decided to treat me very rude just because I asked to use the bathroom mind me I had surgery about a week ago and imagine if there was parents in there with little kids that need to have their diapers changed or that really needed to use the bathroom. I really think that if you have a bathroom at your store people should be allowed to use it because what if it's an emergency you understand. There was no need for this person that works there to be rude to me. When I asked to use the bathroom and explain that the reason why I needed the bathroom is because I recently had surgery about a week ago and really needed it to use it. So there was no need for this person to be rude to me I understand that it is not your problems to no other people's situation, but I try to explain very kindly the situation so that they can understand why I needed the bathroom. but he was just rude In my job my boss teaches others that work for their company to treat others. Nice. No matter how rude the other person can treat you because that's what causes others to lose their job and my opinion this person did not give me the chance to speak. They just spoke to me very rudely and I did...
Read moreYet another upgraded dollar store that profits from low wage labor in China and developing nations. This is the poor man's Toys R' Us and the toy equivalent of H&M and Forever 21. Instead of "fast fashion," it's "fast toys." The cute cat pajamas I bought from here started falling apart a few hours after I wore them and the earbuds promptly died within 3 days after purchase. Like Primark, Target and other questionable brands, quality is poor but the company worked out some kind of deal with designers to peddle cheaper versions of brand name items without violating copyright. So you'll see Pusheen the Cat, Star Wars, Hello Kitty and other recognizable brands slapped onto low end merchandise. Even Barbie is there, albeit it's the lowest end Barbie items possible. All the board games are scaled down, travel versions. The candy aisle (10 for a dollar) is the only bargain I see - everything else has "future landfill item" written all over it. I feel sorry for any kid whose parent is too poor to buy them birthday presents from anywhere else. Sadly, the US is so addicted to cheap stuff that places like this are...
Read moreUsually a great experience. How ever today I had an experience which felt more like I was being accosted by a store associate. There’s an associate at this particular location, male, about 6’2 tattoos on his arm, wears all black and dark eye brows; he needs to be retrained on talking to customers at the self checkout station. First he became very hostile and deffensive as though I was an intruder for having issues with the wand which wasn’t working. Then after offering no help what so ever but instead staring me down, making me feel very uncomfortable, he started demanding that I pay for a bag which I was reaching in my purse to do so. Upon telling him this, he started accusing me of stealing, screaming at him and being hostile. This sort of antagonistic confrontation is more suited for a prison guard and not a store associate who is suppose to provide friendly and welcoming customer service. We shouldn’t have to feel like criminals for purchasing an item at a store the way this...
