Royal Leaf Club Dispensary — Local services in New York

I come at least once a week sometimes twice. Steven is great friendly and helpful. The dark hair girl seems like she would rather be anywhere else unfortunately…..Product is great. Lots of choices and different price ranges… House rolls are my favorite. Update: I am extremely saddened to write this “Britney the manager” didn’t appreciate my review here and felt she had to confront me in the store when I picked up my order. She informed me she is pregnant and sick. Not sure why she shared that but my review is nothing personal. Just my opinion in almost a year of coming here everyone has been super sweet and helpful except for her(my opinion)…In a brief summary she messed up my order twice and never once apologized about it. She did both times correct the error but again no apology nothing just a blank stare.. If you short someone’s order and make them come all the way back and they are in your store 1-2 a week at least look like your sorry? After about 10 minutes of eye rolls and sarcastic smiles after I apologized and offered maybe I’ve misread her (nope) ..I only wrote the review because they emailed me and asked for one and they give a free pre roll. Well I did ask for it. “Manager Britney “ once more rolled her eyes and said “are u kidding me?” False advertising? I like this store. I’ve spent a lot of $ in this store. I’m not looking for confrontations with pregnant women. I hope nobody has a similar experience here. It’s really a shame and completely unprofessional. The 4 stars is for product and the rest of the staff who are the best!! I’m actually sad 2 of them aren’t...

Royal leaf club has used quality staffing and quality products to become a highlight reel store in forest hills. I appreciate their great customer service with friendly and knowledgeable attitude. Also, the store looks quiet nice. The only thing I would comment on as it would need an improvement is the latest store hours. Not sure what happened but now it's order online and pick up options have made it a bit difficult to just go and get your desired product whenever you feel like it, but I am sure they have thier reasons.. it's nothing a little advanced planning on the customers part won't solve. Either way, love Royal leaf...

I moved to Forest Hills almost a year ago. Im an avid smoker, A pot head if you must. Royal leaf was the first place I came across and wowed me. I’ve been shopping here ever since. So I would sincerely appreciate it if you guys would hurry the F up and open back up in store. I’m tired of shopping around for decent edibles and bud and I for damn sure am not going back to the plug 🙄 I’ve looked at damn near every dispensary within a ten mile radius and I keep having to come back to Royal Leaf. Not that it’s a bad thing. BUT CLEARLY YALL ARE IN HIGH DEMAND. OPEN THE F UP FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GANJA…
