While the stains did come out of our beautiful Italian sofa and rug, they over stretched our rug and made ripples in it. They wanted to charge us to take it to their factory to fix their mistake. They insisted to reclean the rug in home knowing it wouldn’t help and we had to push for a better fix. They ended up taking the rug to their factory and skipped the reclean in home. The rug is 97% fixed, still some small ripples from them over stretching it when pulling it when initially cleaned. The problem was the owner, and the customer service. Giovanni is aggressive and rude. He accused us of having the ripples in the rig prior which was flat out false. How demeanor and actions via this entire process would lend me to never use their service again. Think twice before booking. Also, the rate they talk to over the phone is NOT the rate they charge when they get into your home....

I called Always Green Carpet Cleaner for a rug cleaning in my apartment. I have a thin 5'x7' rug with minimal shag that's a mix of white and gray. It was used for 1.5-2 years and had the usual wear and tear stains. I opted for a deep clean, which cost $120/$130. The entire process took 20-30 minutes, and the rug dried up overnight. It got rid of the majority of the stains, but not all of them.

I think the end of my rug got unraveled by their machine, but I did not mind it because it can be hidden by my couch. I asked the workers (there were 2 of them) if they could get rid of the dog hair on it. They said the job would not cover the back of the rug, but the hair would definitely be removed from it. I had previously tried to go with one of this company's competitors - they were rude, inefficient, late (or just didn't show up the first time I tried to book), tried to add on $20 per floor to lift the gear upstairs, and then left without doing the job because it "wasn't worth the effort". I cannot believe how different two experiences with companies that offer the same service could be, but there you go.
