I was thrilled to discover Milk & Honey opened in Bayridge, and I'm excited to share my positive experience! Despite some reviews mentioning slow service, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and freshness of my order. Ambiance: 5/5 The moment I stepped in, I was struck by the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The decor is modern and sleek, with plenty of natural light pouring in. It's the perfect spot to start your day, grab a quick bite, or meet with friends for coffee/tea. Food and Drink: 5/5 I ordered the golden latte, which was handed to me after three minutes - impressive! But what really won me over was watching the team prepare my sandwich fresh. Farm eggs on a croissant with turkey ham ( such a struggle to find a non-pork option in the area, especially on a croissant! ) It took about seven minutes, but trust me, it was worth the wait. The ingredients were clearly fresh and of good quality, and the taste was great. The menu offers a wide selection of healthy options, including salads and smoothies, making it a great choice for those looking for a nutritious breakfast. Service: 5/5 While some reviewers mentioned slow service, my experience was quite the opposite. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly focused on delivering fresh, high-quality food. I'd rather wait a few extra minutes for something made with care than settle for a rushed, mediocre meal. Overall, I'm excited to have discovered this spot and can't wait to return!

Nestled in the heart of Bay Ridge, Milk & Honey has become my favorite morning ritual. Each time I walk through its welcoming doors, I'm greeted by the delightful aroma of fresh coffee and baked goods, a prelude to the culinary treasures that lie ahead. My go-to order consists of a perfectly brewed coffee or matcha, accompanied by a croissant that rivals those from Italy and France. Each bite is a flaky, buttery delight that brightens my day, and I must not forget to mention the delicious salads that are equally impressive. What truly sets Milk & Honey apart, however, is the exceptional service, particularly from Alex. His warmth and genuine interest in customers make every visit feel special. Not only does he remember my name, but he also recalls my usual order, making me feel valued and appreciated. It's rare to find such a personal touch in this fast-paced world. Alex embodies what it means to provide ownership-level service—always ready with a smile and a friendly chat, ensuring that every patron feels like part of the Milk & Honey family. It's this combination of delicious food and outstanding service that keeps me coming back every morning, eager to start my day on a high note. I wholeheartedly recommend Milk & Honey to anyone seeking not just a meal, but a truly enjoyable experience.

Milk & Honey, a new restaurant in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn has dozens of delectable dishes made from wholesome, farm-fresh ingredients. I've visited this place twice already and tried the Spinach & Pesto Flatbread, Pastrami Stack, and Grilled Flank Steak Panini. Each dish was prepared with many flavorful ingredients that were all printed on the menu, so you would know exactly what you were ordering. The bread in the panini, flatbread, and sandwich tasted very fresh as though it were baked on the premises. My favorite was the Pastrami Stack whose combination of eclectic ingredients provided equal amounts of crunchiness, smokiness, and overall savoryness. The place offers several healthy juices made from fresh fruits and vegetables. The decor is very warm and inviting. The walls, tables and chairs had earthy and sandy colors as if one were dining in an underground sand cave. It even evoked that famous Star Wars cantina scene, except the patrons were not aliens, but human beings. I look forward to visiting this place multiple times so thay I can try out the other food items that sound equally delicious when I read them from the menu.

Disappointing Experience at Overpriced Café: Poor Quality and Stingy Service

As a seasoned café owner and a coffee enthusiast, I was thrilled to introduce my parents, visiting from the Philippines, to the newly opened café just a stone's throw away from my apartment.

Upon entering the café, I couldn't help but notice its trendy and cute ambiance and inviting décor. As a habitual café-goer, I opted for my usual iced cookie butter latte with an extra shot of espresso (3 shots), confident in my choice. Little did I know, this decision would lead to disappointment.

The first sip of my coffee revealed a burnt taste, i made my parents taste it as well to make sure I wasn't crazy, and they thought it taste watery and burnt. Maybe it didn't brew the way it was supposed to. Espresso can come out differently sometimes depending on the way the espresso was pulled or how the machine being used. And it's not the baristas fault. It just happens.

I politely requested a replacement for my drink. However, to my surprise, the manager displayed a remarkable level of stinginess and refused to accommodate my request. Instead of acknowledging the issue and offering a solution, the manager insisted that I pay half the price for a new drink—a gesture that felt more like a petty compromise than genuine customer service. I paid $9 for this drink btw.

In conclusion, my visit to this newly opened café was marred by poor quality beverages, indifferent customer service, and exorbitant prices. As someone deeply passionate about the café culture, it pains me to witness establishments prioritize profits over the satisfaction of their patrons. Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot in good conscience recommend this café to anyone seeking a genuinely enjoyable...
