Very beautiful boutique place. Originally went to duane reed to try and pick up a boutique of flowers for a girlfriend but didn’t have much variety so I searched for a florist near by and Flowers on First popped up on the search. I am very impressed with the selection of flower variety. Mario warmly greeted me and is very friendly and knowledgeable about helping me pick out such pretty flowers. I look forward to gifting this to my friend. I would highly recommend this florist company as they have great service, very respectable, and helpful. They even have ranunculus and peony flowers during the winter which is a rarity because they are usually only in season during the spring.

Have been a returning customer of this business for a handful of years, and I have to say the product as well as customer service has been a disappointment. The latest instance is their deliveryman refusing to come up the elevator to deliver to our office, and stating the only way for us to receive the order is to come down to the street. I immediately contacted customer service, as this is a breach of service. Delivering would be to actually come into our office, not meeting someone on the street. Additional incidents have been this business delivering on the wrong date other than what was specified on the order. Returning on the correct date, and the arrangement is completely altered from what was expected from the photographs. Spare yourself...
