If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place has the worst customer service. I am here in NY helping out with the Covid-19 pandemic, about 9 other nurses and myself self were hungry so we ordered a large order off DoorDash. It originally said 50-70mins which was to be expected. When the app said 8 mins until delivery, it refreshed and said 20-30mins. Approximately 20 mins later the app alerted me saying the food was on its way with the driver. The driver then messaged me about 5-10 mins after that saying he can’t deliver the order because he was on a bike. I then attempted to contact the pizzeria 3 times with no response, I even tried to call another location to see if they could get ahold of them- they couldn’t. I then called the driver back (super nice) and asked if he was still there and if he could go in so I could talk with someone since no one was answering, so he did. I spoke with a guy named Robin (from what I understood) and explained the situation and informed him we couldn’t get it and asked how to solve the situation. He said he could request a new driver but couldn’t guarantee it would be someone with a car. I expressed to him we had limited time and it had already been about 2 hrs since we placed the order and if it was much longer I would Need to cancel the order. He said to give him 20mins and he would call if he wasn’t able to get it to me- information was exchanged. After 20mins there was still no food and there was not a courtesy call saying it couldn’t be delivered I attempted to call the pizzeria again no answer, it just rang. About 15mins later I got a phone call from door dash saying the order was cancelled. This place would not be a place to order from if you are hungry, you may not...

I used to go to their other location on Park Avenue and 27th Street every now and then. Every time I went I would get the Sicilian Style Pepperoni Slice. It's amazing!! I can confirm that this location does it just as well!

Honestly the Sicilian Pepperoni slice is one of my favorite slices that I've tried in the city. I absolutely LOVE it!! The slice is nice and thick, which allows for a full range of textures and flavors to be included in every bite. Taking a bite is like a journey for my entire mouth. The journey begins with my teeth breaking through the delightfully crispy bottom, which then gives way as I chew into a chewy, cheesy, and tender interior. Then the flavor of the sauce begins to shine through. Garlicky and acidic with a hint of basil and red pepper flakes, the sauce complements the cheesy and fatty elements of the slice flawlessly. The pepperoni then explodes onto the scene and finishes off the experience with a burst of crispy, salty, and meaty flavors that makes it impossible to refuse another bite. Guys, if it's not clear already, I LOOOVE this slice! You should try it! It's gotta be at least 927378383626 calories per slice, wayyy beyond the amount of sodium I should be having, and SUPER heavy but it's definitely worth it!

I loved having this slice again for the first time in a while so much that I ordered a second one to bring home after I finished it! If this place was open late night I'd be obese...

Rude owner. He yelled at my mother during construction. Honestly, what kind of person opens a pizzeria right next door to another pizzeria? He's not Italian too. The pizza sure isn't Italian either.

First off, they opened with one pizza available. What kind of business opens with one item for sale? I had to wait approximately 20min for them to get their crap together with a full product line. Terrible customer service. Then when I actually got a plain slice, it tasted like chalky cardboard. I've never seen a pizza crust so white. Completely undercooked. I got a buffalo chicken slice and it was like rabbit food- tiny little pebbles of rubbery dry chicken. It really wasn't good either. Finally, I just took a picture of the fresh mozzarella pizza because the dough was whiter than the cheese. Think it's not possible? Take a look at these photos. Sutton Place deserves better than this. It's the dollar slice quality for $4. Complete rip-off of...
