This store need to be investigated and shut down. I go here only because of the convenience and they know this about a lot of customers around here and a lot of customers are immigrants so they will not complain about anything or any business. They overcharge and they are nasty. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH NO ONE KNOW WERE ANYTHING IS AT BECAUSE THEY DON’T UNDERSTAND. They’re even teaching their new employees how to be nasty to the customers just recently I saw a person of color and an Indian person working in their first time for that. I’ve been living here for three going on for years they must’ve got reported on that part but they need to be reported on price gouging expired food, and when the food is about to expire, they put it on special they sell, expired meats like it’s so disgusting and management is disgusting right along with their employees. I’ve reported them to BBB and immigration also to the labor board and I’m looking for other places to report them because they price gouging example I go in any other supermarket big stores, ShopRite, Stop & Shop, whatever And I buy tea any quality laxative regular weight loss whatever and I use my EBT card why I go in here and I can’t use my EBT to buy tea they want cash that’s illegal so I’m reporting them to everybody that I can report them to. Just because this is the predominant immigration area they are taking advantage, and enough is enough. You see in the picture they say T/M labeling it as medicine, no one ever in any of the other supermarket ever have it down as a medicine. It’s Tea

Several Food Bazaar Supermarkets in the (Elmhurst, Corona, Lefrak) area, two within (about) four minutes walking distance of each other. Business must be great! All carry the same foods with seasonal items. The produce section has many Caribbean/Hispanic food along with many other "exotic" foods. If you're familiar with Associates Supermarket, something tells me you'd like here. Was it just a name change? There's a deli with delicious ready made meals daily and coffee, can't forget the 99¢ coffee! Butcher/fish and bakery sections. All neat and clean. Staff is pleasant. Get their phone app and gain points when you shop. This is my go to supermarket when I'm in this area and although I love Aldi, I like FBS too. Thanks man! The End.

Food Bazaar Supermarkets wasn't our priority to do groceries shopping before COVID-19 but we visited a couple of times recently since their price has been stable and the supply was enough. One of the best things was there’s no line to enter from our experience. The safety procedure of sanitizing and social distancing especially during checking out was great, so we shopped without any concern. The staff was friendly and willing to help. The product lineup was well organized and clean. There was no empty shelf and we could find the majority of items on our list. The meat and seafood looked fresh and in good quality, but we didn’t have a chance to try them yet.

I have been in this neighborhood before the supermarket was here I buy things from the supermarket because it is across the street from my house the prices here are ridiculous I bought an entire 2 weeks of baby food here once just to find out half of it was expired was offered no type of refund and or exchange was just told to throw it out.....

They started to add hot food in to the deli area to maximize profits and keep up with the times however there is no steam table etiquette no one is there to enforce any sort of order I've eaten from it a total of three times in five years two out of three times I ended up deathly sick the only reason why I attempted it three times is because I was trying to give the reason of doubt

Today is 1/20/2020 I have an appointment and I'm pressed for time so I figured I see empanadas here it can't be that bad she's putting them out fresh no one's had a chance to contaminate them I asked the woman behind the counter how are they so she says a 1.50 I said hey that's cool however I ask for a piece of aluminum foil so I can wrap the empanada because it did not fit into the packages that they had I was ignored and then passed off to another person then a cashier had translated that I wanted aluminum foil the woman behind the deli counter asked for what I said for the empanadas she looked at me like I was crazy I'm not going to be shopping here anymore and this is from a person who has been shopping here for over 20 years I'd rather take a 25-minute drive and go to a real place even if it's Walmart with the prices are actually competitive instead of paying double what I pay here the only reason why I even wrote this review is because I've been a customer at the store since before any of these people even worked here, treat me with respect the same as I do for you I spend an average of $2,500 a year here and getting only about $1,800 worth of merchandise because of the markups on some products This interaction with the staff today just broke the...

Don’t use their deli department.

I bought bad meat from their deli with dark spots and a bright pink hue on half the sliced meat, and when I mention it for a refund was treated like a liar. The manager chose to lose a 15 year customer over some disrespect and a request for a $3 credit off the current groceries being purchased. They pre-cut frequent ordered items and leave them out in open fridges for a quick grab item but they’re cutting too much. And the deli workers should reject bad inventory to be sent back to vendors like Dietz and Watson/Boars Head or whoever they use.

If you also get rotten deli items from them report them to the department of health. I definitely will.

Been a customer at this supermarket for around 15 years and watched as their entire management and cashier team has changed over many times. I’ve had problems in the past with products of course since I been a long time customer, but never ask for refunds even on times I clearly should have. Their prices keep rising fast, their deli department keeps dropping in quality, as well as their new managements customer...
