I was privileged to be assisted by Mr. Ishikawa, who went above and beyond to help me. During a late hour and on a day when the Elmhurst center had an extended schedule, his work ethic was such that he helped me more than others would have first thing in the morning or during an untenured job probation period. Further, his sense of humanity was only surpassed by his quintessential professionalism. I had a million questions, and no stone was left unturned. There are moments in life when you do not want to make decisions emotionally given personal challenges and he was the perfect individual to ensure my forms were completed efficiently and delivery via fax was guaranteed. I will also mention that I was seen quickly and then never rushed, even though many co-workers approached him given his clear expertise that is never conveyed in a haughty manner. You feel respected and even inspired. If people did not feel comfortable, they would not gravitate. We all know colleagues who love being condescending or patronizing, overlooking the element of human interconnectedness. There may be times at this fine Internal Revenue Service tax center when they may fall behind schedule as the clientele may take an excessive amount of time when they use the perennially opportunistic question "one last question." Have to try many and many times with different days and to go to see the IRS. IRS to see them is with appointment. IRS own me money from 2019 and and is been telling to mail letter and I’m tired sent to priority mail and wasting my money and the last time! They told me I need to go see them with all the letter notarized etc and I did it in Manhathan they told me! I need to wait 4-6 weeks! But is passing months almost a year. They don’t fix my problem to pay the money or even email me or letter about the problem. Everything the ask me to fix the problem! I did but if anyone owns money to them! For sure! Read moreThey are very inconsiderate. I went four times just to get my IRS transcript. They need to have separate lines for people who need transcripts only. It doesn't take long to print out transcripts. It is very frustrating waiting in line at 11 am through 3:30 pm to be told that they won't give you transcripts. I don't understand why the system is down online. If they can't handle to many people waiting in line and their going to close at four thirty then they might as well not serve anyone.
