Dr. Guo and his team are top-notch. I was referred to Dr. Guo by a mutual friend and his team actually reached out to me to make the appointment. They worked with me to find the closest available appointment and followed up with a reminder the day before I was scheduled for my visit. When I got there, the staff was friendly and attentive and answered any questions I had regarding insurance coverage. Dr.  Guo was super friendly and went out of his way to explain his preliminary diagnosis in easy to understand layman’s terms. I particularly liked the way he emphasized his preference for non-invasive treatment. His manner and competence gave me great reassurance that I was in capable hands. After receiving my MRI results, Dr. Guo went over the scans and explained exactly what they meant. He explained that readings may be subjective and to not be overly concerned by what I believed to be alarming language.  Dr. Guo put my mind at ease and allayed any fears that I had. Dr. Guo took a lot of time and care with my Mom. He listened carefully to her description of the location of her pain, asking pertinent questions. Although we shared her MRI with him (prescribed by a different doctor who did PT and acupuncture for her; these methods were no longer working), he still wanted more info and recommended an X-ray because he wanted to place the injection in the area where it was most likely to be effective. We came back the next day and he gave my Mom two shots. My Mom is in her eighties and he was very gentle with her. He followed up the next day by phone. My Mom already seems a little better. The shots, in her case, will supposedly take 3-5 days to fully take effect. And if this wasn’t the right place, we will try again. A friend recommended my mom to see Dr. Guo for sciatica due to having no improvement and dealing with a nasty doctor in flushing. After 2 weeks of no improvement, I brought my mom here. I should have probably done this week's earlier. What ever magic Dr. Guo did, my mom got a lot better from her sciatica. Dr. Guo also shows a understanding and answered all of our questions with patinence (something the previous doc never did and yelled at us instead for asking Qs). The staffs here were all very friendly and helpful as well. I work in a hospital and I can tell that the staffs here are genuine and is really trying to help you. I would definitely recommend...
