Emma’s pricing is fair and the extraction facials are good. I paused services during the pandemic and returned to Emma only in 2024. Originally, I rated her a 5/5 stars because results are good, and she asked me to support her on Google Reviews. However, recent changes in her practices require an updated review. If you go here, you may end up on her social media, and not even know it.

I need to be fair and transparent for those who read my reviews and are considering this place. In the last 2 appointments I had with Emma, she repeatedly left the room, tending to other things before returning to continue the facial, she repeatedly yelled out for her assistant Marissa to tell clients she would record them for social media. None gave permission to be recorded when it happened during my appointments.

To get around the “no” responses, Emma and Marissa leave the treatment room doors wide open for all other clients in the waiting area to see you in an exposed and vulnerable position. This happened to me.

When my service was over, I arose from the bed to see that the doors were wide open with other clients (male and female) looking in. Imagine going through a facial, thinking you are paying $150-$200 for a private facial, only to wake up and realize a room full of people have been watching you…

I have been going to Emma for the past two years if not more and this was the best decision I made regarding my skin. Emma is AMAZING so patient professional experienced knowledgable and just does her job at the best and most pleasant way possible. I read some of the reviews here and I have to say that if you want to fix your skin it takes a lot more than one facial. It is what you eat and how you feel and how clean the sheet you sleep on and a lot more. Being consistent with doing what is best for your skin is the key here and one of these things is getting a professional facial from EMMA once a month. It is a must. I started seeing results only after 3-4 facials and it's amazing. Emma recommends which products to buy she doesn't push products you don't need and she will also tell you what to avoid eating because this is what she does. Prices are fair she explain everything before hand. So if you want results you need to see EMMA if you want to go one time and leave a nasty review because your face is a lot of work that can not be fixed in one facial just don't waste your time and money. I have been going to Skin solutions for the past 4 years and Emma’s custom facials has greatly improved the texture and overall appearance of my skin. Not only an esthetician, Emma is also a trained nurse which contributes to her knowledge of all things skin! I first came to her in 2016 of November with cystic acne that she was able to improve immensely in the span of a couple of weeks.

She uses the best organic products and is very gentle during the extraction process. All facials are completed with a soothing mask and a brief massage.

Since my first facial in 2016 I continue to see Emma regularly for treatments which has contributed to my clear and luminous skin.

I have to note even during the pandemic this year in 2020 I feel very safe and continue to see Emma monthly. Despite being vulnerable and having to remove my mask during the treatment, at Skin Solutions this is not an issue. Her establishment is beautiful and very clean. Emma also, regularly screens her clients, takes their temperatures prior to their appointment, is very adamant about hand hygiene and wears a face mask the entire time!
