I booked a 2:00 PM appointment the day before and arrived on time. When I got there, the staff were busy with other customers. The owner eventually acknowledged me and said she had called me earlier but I didn’t pick up. She never left a voicemail, so I had no way of knowing what the call was about. Without confirming with me, she went ahead and canceled my appointment and filled the slot with other people.

I agreed to wait, but I was left sitting while they continued to serve others. Around 2:50, a customer with a 3:00 appointment arrived. She was greeted warmly, and the owner immediately began preparing for her service—while I was still waiting. Only when I got up to leave did the owner ask that customer if it was okay for her to work on me first since I had been waiting so long.

By that time, I was frustrated, but I stayed. The pedicure was rushed and done in about 10 minutes, and the manicure was just as rushed. Afterwards, I was asked to pay and also prompted for a tip, despite the extremely poor service.

What stood out was the difference in treatment. The 3:00 appointment client received apologies and appreciation for her patience. I was dismissed, rushed, and repeatedly told that I should have called to confirm 10 minutes before my appointment—something I was never told when I booked.

This left me feeling disrespected and discriminated against, as I appeared to be the only minority customer there. I came wanting to support a new small business, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I’ll go back to my regular salon, where I’m treated with professionalism and basic courtesy.

Every time I look at my nails, I’ll be reminded of how disappointing...

First time here- this place opened up about 6 months ago. Had an appointment with Coco who was friendly.

I got Apres Gel X mani, gel pedi, & callus removal. Total was $129 (was originally told $122, but found out a couple days after they charged me $7 extra w/o notifying me) + tip. If you pick a spa treatment it's $20 extra. She gave me a feet massage and offered shoulder massage (included).

Felt bad because it was only her and another lady working. One of the customers were super late, messed up their schedule and they got pretty busy.

Not including free feet pics 😂 but here's my mani. She filed my cuticles slightly; I didn't want it pushed back. My left middle finger nail was actually a bit uneven (didn't really notice it at first glance, until after I took the time to examine them).

Just dissapointed they charged me extra for no reason and...

I tried this salon for the first time last week on 9/20/25. I got a gel manicure and the tech was very rough with my cuticles - she made multiple of my fingers bleed during my manicure, which has never happened to me before. One of my cuticles (pinky finger) was cut so badly that it became infected, and I'm now taking antibiotics. I decided to try this salon because it had decent reviews, but I definitely would not recommend this salon to others and will not...
