Funny. The first time I went to this nail salon was also my last. When I went in I did not feel welcomed, instead I just got a cold feeling from whom ever was there, however that does not matter as long as the service is good, moving along the technician that helped me had pretty looking nails and I was trying to ask her if they were gel, she seemed confused so she called the manager or whoever the woman was that spoke English, I just wanted to know if they were gel but instead the lady whom I assume is the manager started to pressure me into getting gel, after a few tries I wouldn't budge therefor she left me with the word in my mouth completely ignored and walked away to resume what she was doing. I was so embarrassed, I paid the lady a few minutes later I said good bye but of course they were too busy and again ignored me. The job was average nothing out of...
Read moreI agree with the other customer, L.R. Will not come back here if this was the last nail salon around the area. The manager/Owner is so defensive and moody. She can't take criticism when people comment that we aren't satisfy with her business and calls everyone a troublemaker or liar. SMH
Bottom line is that there might be 1 or 2 nail technicians that are good but the rest are just bad. With this owner's personality I wouldn't be surprise if there's a high turnover rate. Unless I get paid really well I would not work for her. Maybe, that's why I got a amateur to do my nails. The girl seems fairly new since she didn't even know how to turn on the massage chair.
Pedicures and Manicures quality are from okay to poor. If you are a new customer it is a roll of dices to see who you get. I got a bad one. Good Luck to you if you decide...
Read moreMost of the girls are friendly for the most part. There's a manager there who does nails too and boy, she is not friendly at all. She makes the experience not fun. I get a cold and bitter vibe from her. Along with that, I don't get a welcoming greeting when I walk in. I also feel rushed as soon as another patron walks in. And when the manager is doing a pedi for someone next to me, the manager will stare at my feet (not the one she's actually servicing but MINE! ), and conveniently have a conversation with the girl doing mine. What they're talking about? I have no idea, but it makes me VERY uncomfortable. Their only saving grace is that they are in my neighborhood and is convenient to get to, other than that, there is nothing appealing...
