One of the worst experiences I have had at a nail salon. When I walked in, I greeted the two ladies who work there and told them I was here for an appointment. One of them motioned towards the nail polish, but neither offered a greeting in return. The pedicure was performed as if she was just going through the motions. My feet felt the same way after the pedicure as they did when I entered. When it came time for my manicure, I asked her to file my nails a bit, but keep the same shape. She confirmed she would file, but attempted to put on the gel without doing so. I reminded her that I'd asked her to file them and she acted as if we'd never had the conversation. She filed one nail into a completely different shape than the rest. I decided to end the experience there as I could tell she would have ruined the rest of my nails had I stayed.

I told the owner that I was dissatisfied with my pedicure and asked if something could be done. He let me know that it would be too much work to do anything more. There was only one other person there, so they had the time and resources, but were more comfortable sending a customer (who had already paid) away with poor results. Please save your money. I tried this place three weeks ago because of 5 stars on google reviews and proximity to my theatre where I’m doing a show. I got a sparkle dip powder manicure and it was GREAT. Anna got me right in (walk-in) and did a beautiful job. I just returned to get a new dip with nude color and she slayed again. First of all she is careful with the take off and excessive filing, she does not rush and accidentally hurt you, and she is thorough. A perfectionist—which is exactly how I like my nail tech! The only thing is that it takes awhile. I was there for over 2 hours tonight, but the dip process is very involved, especially with soak off. Also, Anna is extremely accommodating. They didn’t take any dead skin off my feet, she rubbed the salt on my ankle and calf lightly for 5 seconds and rinsed it down. The definitely are new owners and nothing like Sabrina and her husband who preceded them. I asked for an extra 10 min foot massage but she again rubbed my calves. $97 for gel mani pedi for a color that looked nothing like the sample moreover when I tried to discuss the color no English which is extremely frustrating.
