I just wanted to share my feedback and thought about my positive experience with Dental365 customer service.
I recently received exceptional help from a dental hygienist and wanted to share my positive experience. During my routine dental visit, My hygienist named Nelly who always went above and beyond in providing outstanding care. Every time I visit dental office, Nelly greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, instantly making me feel at ease. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and provided helpful advice on maintaining good oral health. Throughout the cleaning process, Nelly professionalism and expertise were evident. She paid meticulous attention to detail and ensured that I was always comfortable. She explained each step of the procedure, educating me on proper oral hygiene techniques and answering any questions I had. Her caring and compassionate nature created a positive and calming environment, which is not always easy to achieve in a dental setting. In addition to the cleaning, Nelly took the time to share personalized recommendations for improving my dental health. She provided practical tips, such as proper brushing and flossing techniques, and recommended specific dental products tailored to my needs. Her thoroughness and attention to detail left me feeling confident in my oral care routine. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Nelly for her exceptional service as a dental hygienist. She exemplified professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to patient care. Thanks to her, I now have a renewed motivation to prioritize my oral health. I highly recommend Nelly and the dental office she represents for their outstanding care and customer service.
In addition, I had a conflict with my schedule, and every time I called the front desk for assistance. Both representative I spoke to, name Niv and Jack, was an absolute delight to interact with. They both were understanding and accommodating with my schedule. On many occasions from the moment Niv or Jack answer my call, both was friendly. They listened attentively as I explained my issue, and immediately assured me that they would do everything possible to help me resolve it. What impressed me the most was Niv and Jack knowledge about the Insurance/dental procedure and they’re ability to troubleshoot and find a solution quickly. They explained each step in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that I understood what needed to be done. Throughout the entire interaction, Niv and Jack displayed professionalism and a genuine desire to assist me.

Read moreOne of the most disappointing and disheartening medical experiences I’ve ever had. I’m 26, and have no insurance. I called multiple offices in the Manhattan area hoping to find a new dentist. I moved to the city recently and hadn’t gone to the dentist since the beginning of the pandemic. When it comes to the dentist I’m most nervous about: 1. Payment for potential treatments needed and 2. Being made to feel like I don’t take proper care of my teeth. I decided to go to this practice because the pricing for a new patient appointment ($240) fit my budget (and was supposed to include an X-ray, exam, and cleaning). The front desk associate and my dental hygienist were very kind, but the dentist made me extremely uncomfortable once I decided to not receive treatment the moment he saw me. I was advised to have several deep cleanings, which I was willing to do in the coming weeks. But the dentist seemingly needed me to do the cleaning that very moment and tried to shame and berate me into starting treatment despite A. Knowing I had no insurance and I’d have to pay out of pocket, B. Knew I came in only for a new patient consultation, and C. Was nervous about the health of my teeth after not seeing a dentist in years and needed a practice that made me feel comfortable. He said that me declining the service that day was like “being told I was having a heart attack and going to a doctor to just get my blood pressure taken”. I only had my X-rays and exam done, and was told I could no longer receive a basic cleaning because of “insurance issues”. I ended up crying out of the office, feeling insecure about my lack of insurance, my ability to take care of my teeth due to my financial status, and overall feeling insecure about trying to restart my dental health journey. Please please PLEASE listen to these 1 star Yelp and Google reviews. Especially if you are a young person, please avoid this practice...
Read moreThis is a no-frills type of dental office. I would say it's fine, but I had an issue with their billing and for an OK experience, I probably would not return because I don't want to deal with billing issues again.
Really basic dental cleaning, without the extras I've experienced with other dental check ups - no flossing, no measuring your gums, no mouthwash, no flouride, no choice for paste flavors, no flavored gloves, no tasty beverages in the waiting room. I know I have high expectations, but I hate going to the dentist so those extra services really make it slightly more enjoyable.
I think the last thing that made me realize this dental office wasn't worth it for me was the mix up with their billing and my insurance. I got a bill for my bi-annual routine dental check up and I called my insurance and they indicated the dental office sent the charge over and probably miscategorized the x-rays or something so I would need to take it up with the dental office to have them send a new corrected bill. I called Dental 365 and they completely denied sending anything incorrect and would not resend the claim to my insurance. I went back and forth and got kind of tired because both sides kept referring me back to the other. I eventually just gave up and ignored the bills that kept coming in and so far no debt collector has stalked me yet so whatever.
