I normally don’t write reviews for google and stuff but this place was just so amazing that I sincerely just want the best for this business and restaurant. I walked in after class expecting the average and kind of mediocre pho that NYC is full of, but wow was I wrong. I genuinely believe this was the best pho in NY I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried a LOT of pho). To preface, I ordered their beef pho and a pork banh mi during lunch to take out. It was pretty empty and I really wasn’t expecting much, just something to fulfill my craving. The cashier at the time was incredibly friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, told me how long my order would take, and made sure I was comfortable. When I had gotten home to finally eat, everything was packed incredibly carefully and still burning hot (as pho should be). The broth for the pho was so incredibly rich and had such an amazing depth of flavor, it was addicting and yet somehow still refreshing. I don’t normally drink the broth alone when I’m finished with my noodles but I genuinely just couldn’t stop. The beef was incredibly tender and soft and they gave the perfect amount of bean sprouts and basil! I know this is mostly a preference thing but usually at pho places I feel like they give such a large portion of bean sprouts and I don’t usually end up eating all of it but here, it was a perfect handful! And their banh mi was just incredible. The perfect ratio of pickled vegetables, mayonnaise, and marinated pork. The baguette wasn’t too tough but still held up and every single bite was perfectly balanced; the pork was fatty and salty in all the best ways without being overpowering, and the vegetables gave a great crunch and texture while also providing the perfect amount of acidity to balance out the fattiness and umami of the pork. The ideal banh mi in my opinion. The only slight criticism I have is that the prices of most of the items is a bit much especially compared to other places in Chinatown, but I am happy to splurge on pho this amazing and rare to find. I hope this quality and flavor remains consistent as I’m aware this restaurant is quite new still but I will definitely be...
Read moreBest Manhattan Pho!! I had many bowls of Pho this week to check out the pho scene in Manhattan, and this was hands down the best. It’s in a league of its own. Went Friday night around 9:45pm. There wasn’t a wait at all, which surprised me considering how good it is! They also have a great amount of seating. The broth on its own was so good without any additions. It wasn’t watered down at all. I got the veggie pho, but I wanted the beef broth instead of the veggie broth, which they were able to do! :) However, it’s nice that they have that option for anyone who may be vegetarian. The bowl is full of veggies or meat depending on what you order. The staff was super attentive! Even when I was done eating and getting ready to check out, they saw that I was out of water and immediately came and brought me some more. I loved that it was open late! It...

First of all location is so convenient! The staff was so sweet, friendly, and overall super nice! The gentleman that served me as well as the young gentlemen that took my payment was all super duper nice.
Secondly, the food was delicious! I got the avocado shrimp summer roll and it was so delicious with the peanut sauce (the peanut sauce is definitely one of the best i’ve had) as well as the beef ball pho! The soup was so flavorful and overall a very hearty dinner.
Thirdly, the entire place was super clean! From the seating to the bathroom! It’s very quiet and perfect for a solo dinner or group dinner as there is tons of seatings available which I really appreciate.
Make sure to pay a visit and help support local business—especially new ones like this!! I definitely...
