They took the time to ask thoughtful questions, walk me through scent families, and help me explore a curated selection that matched both my husband's style and skin chemistry.

   Read moreI ordered from this company sometime ago. I called to complain about the heavily compromised quality of their product. Which indeed was 10 Shades lighter than the bottles on the website. They merged with this other company by the name of Garden of fragrances and aromatics. I ordered from that company and gold star processed the order with a little deception from a lady at Garden of fragrances. I've been using body oils for nearly 40 years and this company as well as garden have went from sugar 2 you know what. I ordered from garden of fragrances about three months ago and the oil was so poor of a quality I put the whole shipment in Storage and ordered from gold star. So I called to personally complain about the severe quality of my product. The only thing I got from both of them was the shotty motto of them having quality oils. Neither one of them offered to replace nor send better quality. This is my fourth company and trying another one later. Maybe it's a different experience when you go into the store but I am not catching a plane to New York for a few bottles of oil. Bought four different oils and they are only a shade different from each other just like those bottles you see in convenience stores which are heavily whacked with cutting oil at one degree from being bottled water. See, it doesn't matter how many orders you getting in a day and its your issue and you have to resolve it. But when you charging $12 then you have to meet the shipping expectations. It's been 4 days and there's no email, whether the package has been shipped or not? You guys need to improve your e-commerce shipping process. This is creating a problem for customers or do not commit $12 priority shipping. If you charging $12 and not meeting the expectations then its called fraud with customers. Priority is 2 to 3 business days and its been 7 days and still you guys not providing any update. Everytime someone will call. It's your job to provide an update or refund the shipping.
I don't know what to say you guys. I have now words. Shameful logistics and customer service. Plus I noticed, on any negative reviews, your response is mostly trying to prove that you are right and customer is wrong. As expected I recieved the same response.
When customer is waiting for the clarification you dont respond to their calls ,sending wrong oils in the shipment.
Go get some customer management training and stop raising your voice on the phone.
