Today I had the pleasure of working with Catherin who was able to change my husband's appointment so that he could renew his passport in time to travel to El Salvador. Catherin responded to my messages on fb promptly and addressed my concerns without delay. She gave me all of the instructions as well as the procedures prior to and during arrival. I have been dealing with this consulate for years; this was by far the best experience I had. If you need to make an appointment or change/reschedule, pray that you get Catherin. Read moreI was there to accompany my fiance. The representative that was assisting us provided simple instruction and then walks away and avoids following up. It was a big office with 4 reps there and only 3 clients waiting for assistance. They had us sitting there for an hour. All we needed was to get a document translated. We went a day before and we were suppose to pick up paperwork but it didn't happen. The office was under construction and the parts that seem to be complete was poorly done.
