I have been a customer of this jewelry store for years and am extremely disappointed they closed shop or went out of business randomly and did not inform their customers especially when we have jewelry in there on layaway, have paid hundreds of dollars for it, and can’t pick it up now. I also left a $500 necklace with them to replace the closure clasp, have gone twice in the last 2 weeks to pick it up and the store has been closed. I contacted my attorney today and also emailed the Better Business Bureau about this situation, this is illegal...

I stopped in on 1/3/2022 for a watch battery replacement (the watch is 12+ years old, brand: Guess). They replaced the battery, and charged me $15.00 (last year I had the battery replaced two blocks away for $8.00, and 3 years ago I was charged $11 in the Diamond District). Yes they have a remarkable selection and the service is outstanding.. However, they do not have air conditioning! I wanted to purchase bracelet for my mother but the heat was unbearable. Even the workers looked exhausted. I can’t in good conscience support a business that doesn’t care about the well-being of both their customers and workers....
