We’ve been to this brand new Salon twice already for our 4 y.o. boy and had a really good experience each time! We had made the appointments online and arrived just before our scheduled time. We were greeted by name and kindly offered drinks (and even a little viennoiserie from a local bakery the second time) while we waited for our hair stylist to finish her previous appointment and to sanitize her equipment. The little boutique in the waiting area has a really nice selection of stylish toys and accessories. Our son loves the stylist chairs (super cute wooden cars). They offer to place a tablet mounted on an adjustable arm with a nice selections of cartoons to help if your kid is not in a mood for an haircut (We like the fact that, as a parent, you have the option to do without if you don’t like the idea). Both stylists who have taken care of our son were really good and did not rush the experience and we all loved the end result! We had such a wonderful experience at Sit Still for my daughter's recent haircut, and I can't recommend it enough to other parents.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The fun decor creates a really inviting atmosphere.

What truly set Sit Still apart was how comfortable my daughter was throughout the process. She absolutely loved the special chair that allowed her to place her tablet, keeping her entertained and relaxed during her cut. Our stylist (Haley) was incredibly patient and great with kids, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

The haircut itself was perfect. It turned out exactly as I wanted, with the precise length taken off, and it was quick and efficient, which is always a bonus with little ones.

I am very disappointed. I booked my son’s first hair cut with them which included a lock of the hair, a certificate and a photo with the new hair cut. We requested that his long hair be put in a ponytail and cut which was done (thankfully) We paid $50 and his hair looked choppy in the back and no shape up was done on the sides. We had to tell hair stylist that how we wanted the back of the hair to be cut.

We did not receive the certificate of his first haircut nor did he receive the picture they took of him after the haircut (which should of been included in the bundle) Another hair stylist stated that there picture printing machine was dead and clearly the cable that was plugged in was not charging it.

We ended having to take my son some where else to fix corrections. Thankfully the hair wasn’t too short which allowed us to fix and make the shape up.
