Where to begin?

I’d like to preface this with the fact that I’ve never actually been to this place, this is a very strong commentary on their customer service and email practices, or the lack there of.

I called to book a consult and the woman I spoke to was fairly friendly on the phone, but everything went downhill after that.

On the phone, we had settled on 11 AM on a specific day. I have chosen this time and the woman I had spoken to confirmed it on the phone. After That, I got an email to confirm my appointment at 2 PM. That was not the time we agreed upon so I emailed back to fix this error, I never got a reply. I then proceeded to email six more times without a reply, The specific address I was emailing is not a no reply address, it is the email address. I was literally instructed to email.

I then called several times and it kept ringing and ringing, To no avail

I now keep getting emails to confirm the 2pm appointment, which is still the wrong time, I also keep getting emails to send photos which I have done the day I had booked the appointment.

So I’m basically having a one-sided conversation with a ghost. This was a massive waste of time, I do not recommend this place at all, not to mention it is impossible to get appointment since the consultation I was offered was two months from the day I had called. Apparently, the person who does injections here is bi-coastal. If you’re going to open a clinic on the East Coast, stay there or hire more quality injectors. To wait two months is kind of ridiculous, but to completely ignore my emails and messages is highly unprofessional and not an experience I was looking for.

Under no circumstance, do I recommend this place, if you’ve gone here and had a great time with the injector….. then that’s great. I’m happy for you, sadly, I didn’t get to go that far.

This is going to be a detailed review so buckle up! I would definitely recommend. If you have a story similar to mine or are thinking of booking with Goodskin, do it!!

GoodSkin’s “Untouched Look” approach is what drew me to them. I’m a full-time actor and model so my face and ability to emote is my livelihood. As someone that was new to the world of cosmetic procedures, I was naturally a bit apprehensive about my first Botox experience; however, upon walking into GoodSkin for my initial consultation, I quickly realized I was in the best of hands.
