ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Beautiful shop with amazing staff and gorgeous items, ranging from shoes, dresses, skirts trousers, underwear, corsets, coats, jackets, lingerie, jewelry, everything n anything you can imagine!! Me and some friends were visiting NYC from the Uk, specifically Wales. 3 of us had planned to visit this shop and were not disappointed!!

They are LGBTQ+ and plus size friendly! As a plus size queer woman myself i felt so comfortable and heard. The person who fits the corsets (they told me their name like 5 times but i still dont remember so sorry!) was so kind! They were absolutely fabulous and so helpful, they messured me and made me feel comfortable, helped me find something that i would like, suggested what would be comfortable and best suit my body and was just all around so helpful!!

I found this magnificent black and purple corset dress! I wasnt sure if it would fit as it looked so small but again the amazingly helpful corset fitting person worked their magic and it fit better than anything ive ever worn! I had never felt so beautiful or comfortable in anything before and it gave me such a confidence boost, it snatched my waist but enhanced my curves and lifted my chest.

I had the best experience ive ever had in this shop and all of the staff were so kind, welcoming and friendly!!

Quality of the items looks great and my dress is amazing, the fabrics are gorgeous, the tool for the skirt is beautiful and the detailing is amazing. The top part of the dress, the corset is great quality and the fabrics are soft and firm. Its quite literally THE best dress iver ever owned.

Both of my friends also had amazing experiences here, my friend Sky got this gorgeous flowly white top and a black jacket type thing. Our friend Keira really struggled to find something they liked but with the help of the amazing corset fitting person AGAIN (truly a lovely person, with amazing style) keira managed to find this beautiful black cloack.

I will admit, it is on the expensive side but you pay for what you get, and you get amazing, beautiful and unique, great quality items with great customer service and an all around amazing experience.

You must visit this shop if your an alternative person living/visiting NYC, you wont be disappointed. I could spend hours and hours in this shop if i had the chance! Spend all my money too 🤣😅

Cool place with amazing costumes! Most of the employees are really nice, but there was a lady in the back who made my experience pretty unpleasant. She came up to ask if we needed help. My friend and I were just browsing and still deciding what to wear for Halloween, so I politely said, “No thanks,” since I didn’t want to take up her time during a busy hour. However, it felt like she immediately assumed we weren’t planning to buy anything and her attitude changed right away. When I was looking through a skirt, she interrupted me and said, “Oh, you’re not supposed to touch the skirts if you’re not trying them on.” I completely understand that the costumes are delicate and employees want to protect them, but I was just gently flipping through the rack to find one that matched my vibe. How are customers supposed to know what they like if they can’t even look through the options? It also came across as pretty rude to judge customers based on whether they seem like they’re going to buy something. Especially with prices around $200, I think people would expect friendlier and more respectful service. It was my first visit here, and I was actually excited to try on a couple of costumes—but after that interaction, I honestly didn’t feel like staying or coming back. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel sorry that such beautiful costumes might lose potential buyers because of poor...

Walked in and was immediately asked if we were looking for anything and could be helped. To which we responded with “no thank you, we are just browsing for now.” We didn’t even make it 3 min before the same employee asked us the same question adding that they will be around the corner if we needed anything. 6 min after that we were looking at the “foreplay” outfits and the same employee gives us some BS about “you can try on some of the accessories but not the outfit” but at this point I was beyond annoyed and my boyfriend could sense that so he politely asked if they had anything Morticia style just to get them off our backs. When they said they didn’t have anything related to that, another employee says “you might be better off checking the Halloween store next door. After all we are a clothing store not a Halloween store.” And then the same employee that had been following us throughout the store approached us for the 4th time and before he spoke we began to start walking out. Okay we get it, we aren’t your normal demographic but we came in with the intention of purchasing gothic accessories and possible decor because I love the style (not just for Halloween). Just because we didnt look the part we were borderline harassed to the point where we became uncomfortable and irate. There’s professionalism and then there’s discrimination of customers.
