I'm not in the business of dishing out 1-star reviews, but these guys take the prize for pretty awful, negligent customer service. Long story short: I bought a dress and received the wrong colour. After arranging for an exchange, I was provided with an invalid shipping return label. After emailing them several times (with no response) notifying them of this, I decided to ship the item back to them, with my own cash.

They've received the dress; there's tracking confirmation of that. Miraculously, they decided to give me back only a partial refund, because apparently I've incurred a restocking fee, even though it was their fault for sending the wrong dress. Incredible. I'd run my own successful online business for several years, and never conducted business this way. Reaching out to my bank to resolve this. This company is a joke without...

I purchased a rain coat from this company, in March. I received the coat, but after not being satisfied with the quality - I decided to send it back. I sent an email and received a return label from them, and then sent the coat back to them. To this day, I still have not received a refund for the coat. I have sent multiple emails to this company, and got no response. I was one of the customer but I stoped purchased from them. Whole sale website is nightmare. All those good reviews are former staffs, they are not designing the clothing just get samples from Chinese factory then modified a bit. Very unprofessional family own management and horrible customer service. Giving big discounts to bulk buyers, they want to take advantage and collect blind moneys from small boutiques and walk in customers. Horrible fits and bad qualities. I hope there is zero...
