A woman that works there, Michel, took one more client at the same time as mine (I had my appointment scheduled a week before the visit). Because of it I ended up waiting half an hour for my turn, sitting with a hair dye in my hair for almost twice longer than usual, then another stylist with a very rough touch washed my hair, then I had to wait again, and at the end she overdried my hair so much, that it got so static that I couldn't manage it at all! Now my hair feels like hay - dry, rough and static. That was the worst experience I've ever had with any hair stylist, never going back...
