This was definitely one of my best renting experience! I really enjoyed my stay here, the amenities provided were exceptional. They also provide all the essentials including bedding, desk, cooking utensils, etc.

I was even more impressed with the outstanding service provided by the property manager, Yana. She has been super helpful and made my experience here the best! She would promptly answer any concerns I have and resolve any issues with the apartment immediately. She genuinely cared for the tenants here. She was one of the reason that I continued my rent for one more year!

I will miss this wonderful place so much, especially Yana, who went above and beyond in assisting me with various tasks, even things like retrieving packages and changing the AC. This space was truly amazing. My roommate and I had a great summer here and we loved our apartment. The building manager, Yana is very responsive and will help you out with any issues that may occur within a matter of minutes on the phone or will even come over if need be, at truly any hour. She would always ask if everything was working and if something ever happened it was fixed right away. The apartment feels very new and everything worked great anyway. I am very happy and grateful that I was able to stay with heritage for almost a year. This is truly a comfortable and convenient experience for me thanks to the meticulous care from Yana, Hua, and Karen. Yana is always there whenever we have even tiny problems (have some rest Yana!). She’s like an older sister to us. Staying at 176 Bleecker really makes me feel secure and don’t have to worry about anything.
