If I can give this store a negative star, I will do it. When I bring my sign back there to fix it, the guys name Frank seems nice and try to provide us good customer service. Then after we paid the fix part money, it turned out different story. First of all, he forgot to give us back remote control. Then after we plug in, he told us the worker there mess up the inside computer system. We have to bring the sign back. And promise us will help us to put the contents. But he didn’t do it. Totally wasted my time. And the worst thing is the lady who was there today gave me so bad attitude. And she said she doesn’t want any more business...
