On Friday the 13th I visited the Homeboy Toys store to pick up a gift, Hoping to have a pleasant shopping experience. Unfortunately, my visit took I rather uncomfortable turn due to the behavior of the staff.( twin sisters) While I was in the store, I receive a phone call from my Dr office, reminding me that I just forgot my health card The woman walking there overheard my conversation She felt the need to loudly express her confusion and judgment to everyone in the store.she kept Repeating how she couldn’t understand why I wasn’t going right away to pick it up even going so far as to say,”what if You get out of the store and get crushed by a bus?” This was Not only unprofessional but also deeply Intrusive And made me feel uncomfortable, but again I was looking for a birthday gift. When I proceed to pay My purchase with $100 Bill, The same person Immediately declared out loud, it’s fake . loudly Announcing it to the entire store . Then her sister Quickly backed her up Without even Examining the bill properly. They continue to make a scene, Saying can you imagine it’s fake very out loud. extremely embarrassing, Specially since I had just come from the bank With some cash. I left the stuff felling disheartened and embarrassed. while I understand that mistake can happen, The way the staff handled The situation Was far from professional. What could have been A delightful shopping experience end up to be a nightmare. Overall, I cannot Recommend that toy store Based on my experience. Customer Service Should prioritize Respect and discretion, and unfortunately, that was lacking...

Hom Boms is a great store for kids and parents. i find alot of things that i want and there are of an excellent quality , but i feel like the service is poor because they always scream at eachother , fight and are mad at eachother , and thats not AT ALL what a customer wants to hear and watch when they come in that great and useful store , i say that they should stay opened till longer in the evening because for example , i need my dad to buy me toys so i have to wait for him till he finishes work , and im not happy about that. Well, alas, it's not the HomBom of yore which I would've rated with 4 or 5 stars. This HomBom has a decidely smaller collection of toys and is missing the educational items that I routinely bought at the old HomBom, as well as the great and delightful variety of interesting items the other store boasted. You will get lots of personal attention at this store as the staff approaches making toy recommendations like pharmacists make theirs. I do hope the toys "prescribed" to me will be a hit with the kiddies and...
