To whom it may concern, As well to Hugo Boss lovers out there!!! its was more than six months ago I purchased a man`s Signatures Bag at Hugo boss store Columbus Circle Time Warner Building its costed me $920.00 i was so happy i had a piece Of Mine Product but Unfortunately after using more than six months I had a problem the Zipper handles suddenly all gone. apparently the Zipper chips getting loose. i was so sad because this item i love it lol And decided to bring to the store and i was greeted with Assistant Manager His name is Justine Haynes !!! and Explained to him what has happening And He said i will order the handle for it will takes 7 business days
And said great after 7 days later he called me the handles are arrived Great i went to the store met him again and left my bag And next day he called me the Zippers has been fixed come pick it up Great i picked it up but after 2 days later i was shocked all the handles are Gone again I said oh my God i said to myself what has happening with me I
am kind of mixed angry and upset. And i went back to the store and see Justine again i explained it to him What has happening and decided i want a replacement with difference ones and he responded me with nasty Rude ways He said i can
t he said i only can Change the handle. fine i need to speak to General Manager and he said you speaking to one with Nasty and arrogant way i said you are not G.M. Finally he gave it to me Her name card She is MARIANA HOLT / G.M. I send her an e-mail i explained to her what has happened And she responded me with Positive, in Very Humble and Professional ways she wrote on e-mail yes i can replaced it for you please come on Saturday at 1 pm to close i will be there to replaced it for you.I said oh My God !!! God Bless Her and her family she is the Best MANAGER i ever Met in my life She knew the business well and she a business oriented To her superior out there From the Bottom of my heart She is a good manager and very well.educated. And i will bring to all my friend who has money to spend at this store And including my self just because of her!!! I`am very happy so happy !!! And for Justine Haynes, on other hand he need to get fired he is not a Qualify to be the Asst Manager at all period. fired fired fired.

Got on the phone with their call center located in Weschester Cincinnati Ohio Darlin answered the phone , after spending 30 min on the phone trying to explain about customer service and everything else , I gave up and asked to speak to a supervisor.
Here’s what I’ve asked Hugo Boss representatives name Mathew , sorry he didn’t provide his id number or anything else so he can be identified,, security reasons of course ,, but he assured me that he was the only Mathew in call center here in USA.
My explanation to Mathew: I personally took clothing to ups store and asked them to get it back to Hugo Boss soon as possible, hoping to have exchanged item before my birthday. Thumbs up for UPS , Hugo Boss received it the following day April 21 2018 In my conversation with Mathew , I simply asked when should I be expecting it back in right size today is April 30th. Mathew stated it that return/exchange policy 21+ days. ,, REALLY’’ original order took 1 DAY!!
No problem, policy is a policy , I’m a business owner my self , and respect policy that company has in place. So, I’ve asked Mathew to email it to me !!!
Mathew said, he is going to check on website!!??? A supervisor should not talk about policies , if he or she is not sure whether it exists or not. And of course he appolagized and said that they don’t have that policy in place.
Now, all I’ve asked for was to put another Track Suit in the mail and send it out, especially knowing that they already received a suit that I’ve sent back to them , which he did confirm that they got.
Hugo Boss has a great name multimillion dollar company, WHATS GOING ON WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE???? People spend lots of money, and should get truly exceptional customer service. OR...

This company is helping their clients rip off customers. I bought a pair of shoes from Hugo Boss Online that were never worn. Instead of a sales person or employee of Hugo Boss processing my return it was outsourced to Trade Global at 9271 Meridian Way West Chester, OH 45069 There a person scribbled a nonsensical message saying "there was dirt on the down side of the shoes and wrinkles in the leather". The shoes were never worn and in pristine condition. I called customer service which lied and said they were Hugo Boss corporate, there another person named Latisha who was a Supervisor gave me a well practiced run around. I'm filing a complaint with my Attorney General in NY and in Ohio. You must know this company is systematically not honoring your published return policy. Look online at Trust Pilot/Hugo Boss Online and you will see hundreds of these complaints. As well as from other brands TradeGlobal handles returns for. Dave Cook CEO of Trade Global should be ashamed of himself as should you. It appears Hugo Boss and Trade Global have a system in place to intentionally deny legitimate customer returns in order to fulfill quotas and increase profits.
