I was shopping for some T-shirts today and I was minding my own business. When one of the employees comes by and asks if I have a problem I politely decline yet he keeps on going. He asks me if I have a problem and I repeatedly tell him no and then he starts saying that HE has a problem. He then proceeds to raise his voice at me and say that he has a problem with me having no problems. Apparently when you shop here you are required to have a problem or else the Indian employee will yell at you for not having one. While the employee is yelling at me a chunk of food flies out of his mouth and lands onto my sweater. I wish I made that part up but I didn’t. That piece of food was my last straw I left the shop immediately after that happened and I am NEVER coming back. I have never written a hateful review before, but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I hope the Indian employee...

this is one of the more expensive gift shops. a certain yankee cap for $49 is $35 in a different shop. Can't return it, only exchange. Staff needs to be educated on how card payments work. Lady who served me was a using a card reader that appeared to not be working after me presenting and swiping my card, even using pin. A senior staff played around with the machine and it finally worked and I was able to make my purchase. I then went back to the shop after 5mins upon noticing 2 charges on my bank statement and the only explanation any of the staff could make was 'bank charges' or bank fees etc etc. I could not reason with them so I just left it. I then noticed 2 days later that the other charge had disappeared from my online statement, clearly the transaction was not authorised probably because it was cancelled by the senior staff and so it had dropped.

I visited this place and bought some pajama pants for myself and my sister but they didn’t fit so I tried to return or exchange them. They claimed that I had passed the 7 day exchange period and I could not exchange the pants for ones that fit. Their policy was not written on the receipt and was not made known to me at all during the initial purchase. They were not unkind but they were not willing to work with me on a simple exchange for something that had never been used because of a policy that is only known to them and not their customers.
