It was my first time back at hot yoga in a while. A year ago, I broke my left wrist, and that same year, I gave birth to my first child. It wasn’t an easy delivery, so I’ve been slowly getting back to myself. I just returned to the gym a few days ago, and today I decided to finally try hot yoga again. I was nervous it might be too much—but even though it was intense (not gonna lie!), I got through it and felt amazing. The breathing, the focus, the way my mind felt free—it was exactly what I needed. Oscar’s class was incredible. His energy, guidance, and flow made me feel like a pro šŸ˜… I’m so glad I came, and I’m already planning to add hot yoga with Oscar once or twice a week. I also want to try his Pilates recommendation! I 100% agree that how you feel in a class depends on the instructor, and Oscar made it all feel just right. Super happy I took that step today!

I have been coming to this studio for a while now and I love it. Teachers are all amazing, they also have different types of classes including slow and gentle classes with weights or candle lit sessions. Their yoga is really hot so you want to take care of yourself and make sure you have a water bottle with you and ideally your workout outfit is made of organic materials. I absolutely love this place and recommend to anyone who wants to feel in tune with their body and unwind from the busy city life.

I love Fierce Grace and the community they have created. I've tried every hot yoga studio in Manhattan and Brooklyn before I made Fierce Grace LES my home. The heat is perfect, the studio and bathrooms are super clean and smell pleasant. The instructors and staff are friendly and helpful. Tricia has been a major influence on my yoga practice and over all well being.

Wow. Fierce Grace. Everytime I walk out of the men’s locker room and into the hot room I think to myself ā€œI am in the Fierce Grace in the lower east side of Manhattan.ā€

The best part of going to hot yoga is weighing yourself afterwords and seeing you’ve lost 5lbs. Yes, Captain Obvious, it’s water weight. I know. But still it’s freaky that I drank like 32oz of water and still lost all that weight. You might be thinking ā€œthis guy is a liar he doesn’t sweat that much.ā€ No, I’m a particularly egregious sweater. But that’s what’s great about Fierce Grace. I’ve never caught a negative vibe despite consistently being the sweatiest person in the room. Just don’t take this review as license to sweat everywhere… you should be a curtious sweater. Be Fiercely Graceful in managing your sweat and constrain it’s spread.

All the instructors here are great. There’s a lot of variety in their instruction too. If you chat them up after class they’ll do a great job explaining to you how to relax a muscle you didn’t know you had but are overstraining.

My only complaint is sometimes a loud car passes on Allen street, but that’s New York baby. A loud car’s just a chance to develop your focus by blocking out the noise. Keep...

I love Fierce Grace and the community within it! I joined Fierce Grace because I was looking for a way to get some intense exercise without stressing about crowding/access, like commonly is an issue at the gym. I had zero prior experience in yoga and very little flexibility, but I have been a strong/intense runner for years. Even with my cardiovascular strength, hot yoga is no joke!! It is challenging and exciting and hard, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The instructors and classes are amazing — I go just about every day and I am still always challenged and pushed further in my practice. I also enjoy how much the classes differ — there’s a HIIT class which makes me still get in some cardio work and strength, but also many forms of yoga classes. I never would’ve expected to enjoy hot yoga this much, and I honestly don’t think I would if I joined any other studio. I know Fierce Grace has a few locations in NYC — as well as all over the world — but it truly feels like a small local hot yoga community where everyone supports and knows everyone. You can’t get that at a ā€œmainstreamā€ yoga studio. I have raved about this studio to friends and I will continue to rave about it!...

Having attended Fierce Grace Yoga Studio for about a year and a half, Iā€˜m very impressed by the exceptional experience it offers.

The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, offering personalized guidance that truly enhances the practice.

What sets this studio apart is the warmth—both figuratively and literally. The heated classes are a standout, providing an invigorating environment that deeply enhances flexibility and strength.

The sense of community here is remarkable, fostering a supportive and welcoming atmosphere that motivates and uplifts. Additionally, the studio's professionalism in managing every detail, from cleanliness to class scheduling, ensures a seamless and enriching experience every time.

Fierce Grace is more than just a place to practice yoga; it's a sanctuary for growth and well-being. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their practice in a warm, professional, and supportive...
