I don’t even know how to start describing these people unethical and unprofessional behavior. It is just unacceptable! I went to this place because I saw Dr. Leva on TV advertising her clinic, so I thought on top of having all credentials to do her job she must be very professional doing her job, so I will be in very good hands.

PROVED WRONG! After I waited to see Leva for about an hr, I just saw her that day for about 10 mins and right away suggested me 2 microdermabrasion and then laser for my acne problem on top of the $474.87 + $50 consult I spent that same day I saw her and on the ointments she prescribed for my face. So, I went for my microdermabrasion & paid $381 to receive this MEDIOCRE work service Maria (the esthetician) did for me. At the same time she was working on me, she was working on somebody else and rushing of course! She rushed with this exfoliating machine on my face spending about 5 mins and then right after she rubbed it with something on her hand and then Maria left the mascarilla on my face and sent Kathy(the receptionist) after she forgot about me to take it off from my face. I’m like what? Ok as Kathy explained I’m sorry Maria will be right back. Also to my surprise Maria left the needle right next to me and forgot to dispose of it properly as she was rushing in to get her other Client, how could it be possible and I even told Kathy about it!

These Dr. leva has Kathy who is not a licensed esthetician- wasting people’s time trying to sell you products and making you to get in contact with her like if she is the esthetician or a Dr. to consult on any concerns you may have after any treatment because they make it very difficult to see Dr. leva after you pay them the first $50 consult.

I had a very bad experience with this medical office, especially with Dr. Gina. When I went to do my immigration paperwork and medical exams, I later had to return because immigration sent them back, saying they were not done correctly. The results showed that I tested positive for tuberculosis. When I approached this doctor to ask about it, she insulted me and told me that I couldn’t get near her because I could infect her. She said, “Get out of this place because you’re going to infect me.” I think even the nurse felt bad and apologized to me, but this doctor is very rude. Additionally, the office does not work well. They handle immigration medical exams very, very poorly. I do not recommend them at all. Of course, I’m not mistaken. I’m not crazy not to know where I’m standing. The clinic is called Leva Medical, and I was looking for the doctor who performs immigration exams. She asked me who I was looking for and read my papers that USCIS had returned to me. Then, she told me to get out of there, saying that I had tuberculosis and was going to infect her. Yes, ma’am, I would never do anything to my face with you. My case was with immigration. If I’m in your records, check the cameras—this happened in July 2024, and your nurse was a Dominican woman.

This people are very unprofessional . I had booked an appointment online on Friday for the next day Saturday . It says you have 24hrs if you want to cancel the appointment to get refunded . I realize I couldn’t make it , I called back 2 hrs later that same Friday to cancel and get my refund now they having me hard time to get my refund. First they say I can’t get refund I told them why if I just made the appointment to hours ago I’m entitled to get my refund then they say I will get it that since it was made online they don’t have access to it that they have to give it to doctor or someone else to do it . That they gonna do it that they don’t care about no $55 to give it 2 days that I will get it. I called yesterday Monday they said they was gonna give it to the accountant so she can do it and they gonna give me a call back nothing .
