NEVER get your gel nail removed from here!! I went to go get a gel nail art removed that I had gotten done from South Korea. As strong as the gel was since it was from Asia, I do agree that it must have been hard to remove. HOWEVER. they drilled all the way down to my real nail and buffed out my nails WAY too much that my nail felt like it was BURNING. My nails became so weak that it started to BREAK like the photo below. This has NEVER happened in my life before. To let my nails heal better and breathe better, I removed the manicure that I had gotten from this place, only to see my nails all SCRATCHED up with very HARSH lines. It was to a point that a layer of my nail was being lifted and I couldn’t remove the nail posh that was in the gaps of the scratches. My nails became weak to the point that it gets BENT when I slightly put pressure on it, which hurts and is very uncomfortable. I don’t even know how this can be fixed. I had to cut off so much of my nails to a degree it feels too short.

The service was quick so I initially thought they were good. BUT. by the time I was done getting my nails and had to get them dried, they didn’t give me ANY instructions with what to do with the drying machine and didn’t tell me that I was finished either. I myself had to constantly check if it was dry. I had to awkwardly stand up and walk out with NOBODY saying a proper thank you or goodbye. As soon as I paid, their service was...

I decided to get a gel manicure and pedicure for the first time in a long time since covid. I got my nails done on Monday and on Wednesday I noticed my toe nails pealing. Then at work I noticed the nails on my hands start to peal. This was a "gel" manicure.....some gel this is. So I called and stated that I just wanted a refund, and I paid I a lot of money too. They said I have to come in for them to look at my nails and kept insisting that they will re-do my nails so I agreed. Later in the day more nails started to peal and I just got disgusted and wanted a refund because I decided that I wouldn't trust the "re-do." I called and said I would just like a refund, I don't want them to redo my nails. The person on the phone kept going on about having to see them, which I understand, but she would not let me get my refund, also kept saying that I can just come in and they will re-do my nails. I was holding my ground so the lady said well she is busy right now and I have to come in and then hung up on me. That's $100 down the drain so learn from me and avoid this crummy place. My daughter is a first year college student. When she went to pay, she wanted to tip $5.00 but was told that her minimum tip had to be 18%. Instead of paying $55 she paid $65. I decided to call them to discuss our disappointment. The manager stated that the nail tech spent a long time on my daughters nails. I told her that it’s not my daughter’s fault if the tech is slow. And that I don’t know that the technician’s work was worth 18% tip. I also asked her if the 18% tip requirement was posted in the shop. She got quiet then said that she would return the $5.
