DISAPPOINTED! I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card and filing a complaint with the BBB. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I placed an online order with this company and received no updates for over a week—even though it's a 2-day express shipping. This was a time-sensitive order, and the delay is completely unacceptable.

I called the store multiple times (the only way to reach them), explained the urgency, and was brushed off with, “The e-commerce team will contact you.” No one ever did. No follow-up. No accountability.

While this brand might pay a lot of promotion to buy a good reputation, my experience was incredibly disappointing. The lack of communication, the poor customer service, and the total disregard for the urgency of the situation were...

Thank you Jacob and Co team to let me experience some of the engineering advancements in timepieces. Namely, Bugati Chiron, the Astronomia and the iconic Godfather minute repeater watch.
