Worst jd sports/ or finish line in all of New York, racist workers who mistreat people and they are all friends and will cover for each other so no one ever gets in trouble they treat Jews and Muslims bad here also and I am African American and have noticed this the guy in the picture is the worst along with the other manger her name is Rhie Williams haven’t been to this location in over a year and this is the closest one to me, the entire staff needs to be fired and over hauled I’ve called jd sports/finish line multiple times they have yet to do anything about it,
there is so much more I can say about this location but for some reason in my original review it would not post, some quick notes if the owner reads this the workers at this location have told me go across the street and buy from footlocker and lace up instead of your store because they were jealous that I had money to buy multiple pairs of sneakers that were just sitting in your store not to mention I’ve had exclusive access for multiple shoes and they denied me because they all are friends with each other in there and will lie and cover for each other I’ve called cooperate and they said they would do something and nothing was ever done I have about 5-6 videos in here on my phone also one of the workers said they would jump me, meaning that they would grouped up and attack me I know this because I would send people in there to collect my shoes for me and they would still be talking about me instead of doing there job I wished to god any of your employees would have attacked me I would have standed my ground and ended them,
I spent over $8000 dollars with finish line/jd sports in 2023 and got treated like complete garbage by terrible employees at this location nothing was ever done about it I really suggest you start by firing the guy in the picture and Rhie Williams the other manager.

Read moreI wish it was leaving negative stars was possible. After looking for parking for nearly 20mins in the area … I was met with terrible customer service at this store. I really should’ve read the reviews before coming here. No one was on line when I got to the counter. Very few customers in the store… Once I got to the counter and they learned it was a return… apparently a manager had to be called for, fine no problem… a manager wasn’t available. Waited for about 10mins for one to appear with a terrible (why am I being bothered attitude)… Ok cool… they officially start the return (shouldn’t take long right?) … wrong! The associate proceeds to tell me… when an item is bought with after pay/klarna, they can’t our right return the item and that I would have to call customer service and that it can take minimum 30minutes… like what?! I said with all due respect, I have never heard of this before is this a finish line/JD sports thing! She’s like well we can do an even better exchange or you pay a little more if you get something else or we can give you a gift card… I’m like no ma’am. You already told me you don’t have the sneakers I’d like in stores. She’s like well you can get something else. I’m like no thank you. I will just return them via mail because I have never heard of such a policy. She called the manager and tells her I didn’t want to complete the transaction, the manager begrudgingly mumbles something super negative under her breath about annoying customers. Like ma’am… y'all the ones that made my return process terrible… because you wanted to force me to buy something instead of just doing the return process. Super scammy feeling here to me.
Funny thing is I did see some shoes I would’ve bought there… but I didn’t like the feeling of being pressure they tried to instill. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.
This particular stores employee’s/managerial staff really needs to be revamped! How can you have no sort of customer friendly experience … in a job/position that requires it?! Makes absolutely no sense.

I called today 11:57am & 11:58am asked for store manager and the Female who answered the phone think is funny to keep hanging up the phone. Been to this location a couple of times in person and the staff seem to care more about hanging around chatting with one another than really assisting the customers and when they do decide to help you it’s a rush just to get back to doing nothing on store hours just collecting paychecks to hang out, for the staff to be rude to customers wether in person or over the phone very disrespectful and disgusted JD chose these employees to represent their company.
