KFC — Restaurant in New York

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I visited KFC on Tuesday for their 8-piece chicken deal. We ordered biscuits and 4 small cherry pies to go with it. Unfortunately, the chicken was overly salty, and the cherry pies were unappetizing. We were really disappointed with our meal.

During our visit, I noticed that the staff seemed quite young and had poor attitudes. Some employees appeared disrespectful, which added to our negative experience.

Additionally, I was concerned to see homeless individuals rummaging through the trash cans for food and drinking from the vending machines. It was unsettling that the staff didn't seem to address this issue.

Based on our experience, I would advise others to think twice before ordering from this location due to the poor food quality and subpar service.

Additionally, I had a disappointing interaction with the cashier, Isaiah, a young man. When my boyfriend politely asked him for the receipt number, Isaiah responded with a bad attitude. He then handed my boyfriend the food bag in a rude manner.Smh! We won't...

This five star review is more about the staff’s professionalism and the taste of the food. Upon entering the staff was being yelled and sworn at by multiple guests. And the manager (a short dark-skinned woman, I’d give her a shout out if I knew her name) responded respectfully despite the verbal assault she was given. Also, the staff kept pushing despite the anger the guests continued to share. The way their team responded showed a lot of maturity.

Concerning the food: I will openly admit it took some time. BUT, despite the wait, the food has literally (I seriously mean this) been amazing since I first started to buy from this location. I’ve tried different things and none of their food so far has tasted dry or bland.

Note: I’m a manager at a fast food restaurant so I know how when staff is short, new, or going through a life crisis it can greatly affect the speed of the business. So, I automatically attributed the wait time to one of those factors which is why I still give them a 5...

Terrible neighborhood. Food was okay, but the whole time I was there a crazy homeless person aggressively and loudly talking (crazy talk) to all the customers and occasionally to the staff begging for money and the staff just kept giggling about him and did not ask him to leave. Also my motorcycle was vandalized while parked right in front this KFC. I sat at the window so I can keep an eye on it because of a group of men in their twenties loitering in front. My sat right up against the window facing my bike & a couple of the guys pressed their backs right up against the glass, shoulder to shoulder, exactly where I was sitting. In less than three minutes they walked away... and my bike it been vandalized.

I'll never stop in this neighborhood again. I may not even stop...
