Taco Bell — Restaurant in New York

Hey review my first my time coming to this Taco Bell, granted it’s in Brooklyn so no drive thru but I had a moment of “I just need a Baja blast” to satisfy my need & I pull up to this place , it looks super dark for some reason and once I went in nobody was taking orders it’s all kiosk based which is alright but dam I just need a drink you know, so I order it on the kiosk and I’m standing waiting for something to happen but nothing happens, luckily I called out to attention this nice chick working there she was just keeping the place clean too but , she asked me what did I order I said a drink Baja soda , she then gladly gave me a cup & straw so I do appreciate that but the entire experience just felt like s confusion mixed with what am I doing here 😵‍💫😳, guess what the one & only drink I came here to purchase was completely out …. I repeat no BAJA blast soda available only the ZERO VERSION, I was more then disappointed I was devastated after all this I didn’t get the prize , anyway shoutout to all the workers out here doing your thing but cmon Taco Bell, this can’t be happening. I am very dissatisfied with this store as well as the one on ralph ave. It seems as if the stores have no care in the world about their customers. I always order from this location off of doordash. Keep in mind i am allergic to lettuce and tomatoes. I always get a Nacho Doritos Taco and and Crunchwrap Supreme. Both of these with extra beef sour cream and cheese. NOTHING ELSE. One day they put tomatoes and lettuce in my taco and i almost had an allergic reaction if i hadn’t noticed the piece of lettuce in my crunchwrap. I always find their is an issue with my order. I always get broken tacos , someone else’s order, or there is something missing. I keep trying to give this location a chance but yesterday was the last straw. I went to eat my crunchwrap and found that it was a lot of beans and sour cream inside and a broken taco with cheese and beef in it. Doordash continues to not resolve the issue so I will just never be ordering from...

This store is by far the worse Taco Bell I have ever been to .First of all the customer service is very poor the staff spends more time walking around and talking than taking care of the line Second they are always marking mistakes with my order which I don’t understand because it’s all digital all they have to know is how to read to get my order right and third they make a mistake And ask me to come back I send my son to get an item that was missing from the in my order and they had the nerve to tell my son that they were to busy to resolve my problem yeah they were busy talking if I was their manager they would not last a day working there .It’s sad because I was happy that they opened a taco bell in my neighborhood but with the my experience there I’m turned...
